I went to WDW my whole life and speak Japanese. Honestly after going to DisneySea I still like Tokyo Disneyland better. I think there's more to do, food is better, and it's easier to get around. While i think DisneySea looks amazing, there just aren't many exclusive rides compared to Tokyo Disneyland. Although if people can only go to one park, I would still say DisneySea, but I feel like theyre missing so much not going to Disneyland too. Being able to ride so many rides in perfect pristine condition and in their original presentation is so awesome. I never thought I'd see the original attic bride again or Splash Mountain being completely functional.
I went there once and felt not in love with this place. But you guys make me change my mind, I will go there again. I might missed something !! Thank You.
As a Japanese living abroad, one thing I don’t like about Tokyo Disney in general is their booking systems for inbound visitors. Eg credit card payment you mentioned in videos and we can’t make vacation holiday package booking outside Japan. They are for only Japanese who lives in Japan. They even mentioned that on their website which is bit unfair. I still love Tokyo Disney though.
Disneyland will be really tough to do all in one day, but you'll be able to do DisneySea for sure! Have a great time & thank you for watching our video!!:)
I love your Disney videos! That’s how I found you originally and I have been keeping up ever since. Now I need to plan my trip to Japan to experience for myself. 😁
Went to Tokyo DisneySea April 2023! I didn’t want to stress over the ticket by trying to buy on the Japanese website so I bought thru Klook! It was so easy and if you have the Klook app, the QR code is electronic! No fuss about printing the ticket! It was SOOOO easy and they also sell in a converted price, so it’s not priced up! Thank you for posting your video ~ honestly miss Tokyo Disneysea so much!..
Klook is a GREAT option!! I honestly wish we'd known that prior so that we didn't have to mess with printing off the tickets at 7/11 (although I will say, having printers in the 7/11's is SO convenient). DisneySea's such a great park. It's so walkable & has so much going on throughout the day. We can't wait to visit again in the future! Thank you so much for taking the time to watch our video!!!:)
Awesome! We had a blast in June, got morning rain but a great afternoon. I was shocked that prices inside the parks was super inexpensive 😮 Disney US is ridiculously expensive! Be safe ya'll...
You aren't kidding!!! The prices are the biggest thing to us. You could spend a week at these Disney Parks in Tokyo and including travel, it'd still be cheaper than the Disney complex in Orlando. There's just so much value for your dollar here & we never felt like we were getting stretched for money here😅 These parks are so awesome. Thank you guys for watching!!
So this is funny that you ask because we just figured this out when we went in January! Growing up I loved Daisy because I love ducks and Trey loves Donald and pretend to talk like him all the time. We had a good laugh when we figured it out.
We had such a great time!! In all honesty, it's a bit hard to pick since we went at two different times of the year😅 We really loved our time at Disneyland so if we went back then that'd be the park we would choose, but I think part of it is because the weather was SO much better on the day we went to Disneyland LOL. We still have more rides to ride there too! Thank you so much for watching our video!!:)
Hi guys! Love your videos!!!Toy Story Mania is my favorite ride at Hollywood Studios!! They didn’t have any Avatar rides? Absolutely love Flight of Passage at the Animal Kingdom. Safe travels!
Thanks for watching!! We LOVED Toy Story Mania. By far the best ride. We didn’t see any Avatar rides but there was also some construction so maybe it’s coming soon? I feel like now we need to go to more diner parks to see all the rides! 😂
Sorry if I missed it but when did u go to Japan ? (Month) I’m trying to plan a trip to Japan but I’m really unsure when the weather is the best and the least days with rain.😊
To be honest, I'd recommend Disneyland! The reason why is because there's so much there. DisneySea is huge too, but we enjoyed the traditional rides at Disneyland a bit more. The crowds will also be a bit more manageable when you're there in December too. We loved both of them though for sure!! Thank you so much for watching our video!!!:)
@@ProbablyLost ah I see! Thank you! I’ve been watching your videos the last few days since I’m heading to Vietnam and Japan. They are helpful, especially the Ha Long Bay cruise one!
fyi just had the sausage roll lqst week and it's delicious. since you mentioned it needs sauce, they sell harissa sauce (you can see it by the register) for 50 yen which is spicy and delicious. love disney sea...glad yall enjoyed it.
Thank you for letting us know!! I still talk to Hannah about those sausage rolls all the time. It's crazy how good they are for theme park food LOL. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch our video!!!
@@ProbablyLost You really need to try the chicken wing that they have new indiana jones ride. The line is long but it's soo worth it and the matcha white chocolate popcorn
Y'all are such a wonderful, loving couple! It reminds me of and my wife and I when she was still alive. Trey, you were hanging on for dear life on that roller coaster ride! 😅Although I lived in Florida most of my life, I never even once went to Disneyworld! Like I commented in your last video: Like a couple of kids in a candy store. Thanks for the ride!
Aww thanks Eddy! This was definitely a super fun day. Although very hot as I imagine Florida would be during the summer. 😂 it’s been a while since we went to the park in Florida. We went to Epcot in Florida a few years back but went in January when the weather was nice and cool lol.
Hi! I’m Japanese I'm glad you enjoyed Disney in Japan! In Japanese parks, popular attractions are the busiest in the morning, but the show time is free, so you should ride at that time or buy a paid ticket. The Japanese park app is very convenient because you can check the inventory of goods on sale, check the sales location, lottery for theater shows, etc. There are few greeting facilities in Japan, so there are many characters that can only be seen at shows and parades! I recommend it because you can sit down and watch them! I want you to enjoy Tokyo Disney Resort when you come to Japan 😊
Those are all EXCELLENT points!! We really wanted to show people from around the world that the Disney parks in Tokyo are so beyond their wildest dreams & that they're 100% worth visiting! We really loved our time & cannot wait to get back one day. Thanks so much for your feedback & for taking the time to watch our video :)
Wow. I did hear that Tokyo Disney Sea is the most expensive Disney park built. No expense spared, so the theming and details is badonkers. Also, $3.00 or $4.00 for Disney Park food? I think that’s really… cheap! 🎉
Interesting! We didn’t know that. There was some construction when we were there in the winter and again in the summer so it looks like they aren’t done yet! It’s a fabulous park. We thought so too! Everything was very affordable in the park compared to other Disney parks we have been to. Thanks for watching!! 🤗
You mentioned in a few videos that you dislke redbean paste. What don't you like about it? Most people like it since it's sweet. Sort of like sweet potato or jujube in taste. Japan makes the best quality red bean paste in the world. Is it the texture? It's not that different than peanut butter in texture. And they have just red beans that aren't mashed up too.
Trey isn't a huge fan of beans in general. I don't mind it too much! It is very sweet which is not what I expected! We don't have sweet beans really in the US. ☺️
@@ProbablyLost I guess I understand if you were thinking of beans in the US or Mexican. I don't like it either. But Red Beans or Paste is totally different since it is sweet and is a staple in Asian Desserts. I def ate alot in Japan since they seem to make the best quality.
Fun Rumor: Tokyo Disney Resort is the only Disney “franchise”park in the world. Disney didn’t think it was gonna be successful and didn’t wanna fail so they decided to let Japanese company run TDR and get royalty from it which turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes Disney has ever made. TDR got a huge success and Disney thought they should’ve run it by themselves. So now other parks around the world are run by Disney or by joint ventures with Disney.
Too bad your utterly straight up wrong and spewing false information. Disney doesn't run this park because Japan law doesn't allow outside companies to run a business inside Japna itself.
@@jurupa I don’t think you should believe everything on wikipedia but someone quoted wikipedia and it says “After Tokyo Disneyland was opened in 1983, the Oriental Land Company decided not to sell the park back to Disney. ”. It means THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR DISNEY TO RUN IT by themselves. What is your source by the way? I tried to find your opinion but couldn’t find it.
Where did you hear that??? lol, wrong. I have lived in Japan and go to Disney a lot. Oriental Land Company (OLC) proposed to Disney that they allow them to build the first international Disney Park. OLC decided not to sell it back to Disney. Instead they pay royalties to them and they lease the imagineers to help create the park. Now I’m sure Disney does regret this choice, as the park is super successful.
