But he didn’t admit that and therefore he didn’t lie. Harris was going for a home run by mentioning this specific law firm but she might have had an easier road if she had pressed him on whether or not he spoke to anyone besides this particular firm outside of the judges he admitted to doing so. That would infer unprofessional behaviour irrespective.
