It’s not always that simple when legal matters are involved. And maybe they’re being real friends and trying to save their image even though they were shit on.

Here in the Netherlands, the police are already called if you drive an electric car with remote control, scale 1:10 on a remote part of the industrial estate. Sometimes the ones closest to you will bite you the fastest. And the usually when the one who speaks first is just trying to get that narrative believed before what really happen comes out.
I don't know who's telling the truth, but after this drama, the KSR incident, and some of the private life details that are coming out, it's getting really tough to respect some of these guys anymore.
After the race where Kevin caused the wreck... and apologized, there were some very public attacks made on video here. The video, or videos disappeared pretty quickly. It wasn't a good look for the sxs crew.

Thank you for the straight-up information. When you watch a group of guys for years on end, you become invested like any relationship/friendship. When things went south we were just hurt and curious about what happened with our buddies. Sorry it all went down like that. I have been a huge supporter for years. Half my clothes are blog gear. Heck, i even bought a sxs 3 years ago just bc i watched you all have so much fun, and I wanted to do it too. Just keep being honest with your fanbase, and we will support you guys no matter what.

Maybe you aren't following along... There were 3 owners and He wasn't one of them. Maybe in spirit, but when one owner steals from the other two it's wrong and when an employee steals from the 3 owners it's wrong.
I did! But 100s of thousands and just want it to be over? Ex friends or not, taking that much money and nothing is being done from a law stand point. Unless nothing can be proven. Or there was no contract about how people got paid. It sounds like he was in charge of the revenue the channel brought in. If there was no contract about who got what, then he did nothing wrong legally.
I'm pulling for all these dudes, sxsblog, and R3. Money clouds peoples judgment. I'm not saying things weren't done wrong from a moral standpoint, but they've all done some things that aren't too high on the moral list. You guys most definitely have legal recourse. He doesn't have to be an owner of a business to get in trouble for stealing from it. An employee can't legally steal from a business....
I can't believe the audacity he had mentioning how he has deeper pockets than the rest of the crew when he was getting those new trailing arms installed. So much hate for the guy. I've commented this before, but he was my least favorite on the channel anyway.
Been following you guys for several years and enjoy most of your content. I am gutted for all of you, each of you quit jobs and probably a pay cut to grow the channel. I have never been impacted by something like this but I know it would be hard for me to put on a good face, I commend each of you for that. Hope things get sorted out quickly so you can focus on content.
Dude always seemed like a snake to me. Always acted like he was the star of the show and thought he was the boss though he brought little in terms of value, on screen and clearly off as well.

Biggest business mistake Dougy and Sous made for content was adding Justin 💯.. Justin is that clown in everyone’s group who takes it to the extreme riding on camera to get the spotlight. Terrible fit. We get it you roll more and climb higher. Just watch the sled guide shake his head when you run into Joey 🤡 I’d rather watch Sous try the hill and get stuck with the group as a team vs some showboat the whole time 🤣 come on guys get back to the roots.
I would pursue legal action. it's getting dirty. I would then sell the compound and find something more rural with less overhead. Continue making content.
Well they explained that Lou was never really an 'owner' of the business because his credit was trash and he put his wife's name on the business with them. So with that said, they didn't want to put her in the crosshairs since he was just an employee on paper, despite the control and decision making power he had.
Been following for many years but this video made me unsubscribe to your channels. This was just too much of a low blow video for me to keep watching. Several people have just disappeared with zero explanation but now you accuse a person of stealing. With no charges it's simply accusing him in public (I know you explained but I call BS. To much money not to try to get it back). I would have more respect if the group of you just made a video saying it's a private legal matter and we know you want more info on what's going on, but we are holding ourselves to a higher standard of not making it a public matter. Let's see what the future brings and if I decide to resubscribe again, but right now I don't need to support gossip like this.

I'm just here to browse the comments section... we all know that's where all the true experts will be. I know I am a small fish compared to all of you guys, however, with that being said, I feel there is a lot more to this. I've been messaged about this drama so many times over the last few months and told so many various versions of "what went down" that my only official statement is this... The actions and behaviors of others have the ability to affect the industry as a whole. When you get to a certain level of publicity, how you carry yourselves can impact many others outside your core circle. Regardless of how these issues affect SXS Blog, there are many other victims here. I don't play the drama game and I wish you guys all the best on whichever path you decide to take. I don't believe in spreading hate. Just remember that when people look up to you it's you're responsibility to act in a respectful and responsible manner, I understand that's not always easy. For the sake of the greater SXS community I hope you guys can work everything out. My goal with this comment is to show support to our community as a whole, not to finger point or place blame. A lot of people have a lot of questions and like them I am just trying to wrap my head around what's going on because I too am affected by tension in the industry. I personally think that there is a lot more benefit to all people and brands in the industry if we can figure out ways to get along. At the end of the day most of us have similar goals and interests. We should focus on those similarities rather than hating each other.

A lady at our church here in Muskegon did the same thing and stole 100 thousand and only spent 3 months in jail. Never paid anything back. We bounced back slowly but you have to keep your head held high for all the hard work you have done.
I followed you guys from 1400 subs to about when you moved into the first warehouse. Then I tailed off because I didn't like Nick L (not you sous. love you man) He just had a swarmy face and attitude that he was better and smarter than everyone else. Public accusations of embezzlement (a very difficult crime to prosecute) open you to defamation if untrue. Defamation cases are civil only and very easy to seek damages. So typically entities don’t discuss embezzlement publicly until a forensic accounting firm green lights it. The fact that embezzlement is being publicly discussed now and not previously would fit with what is customary for financial fraud cases.

I work in an industry, dentistry, where 6 digit embezzlement is common and almost never prosecuted, docs lose millions to it every year. Police are extremely inept at dealing with financial crimes. I hope you are in contact with a forensic accounting firm, Prosperident is a dental only firm but I’m sure they’d know who could help you. Good luck, and keep your heads up!
