Personally. I don't find it that bad. I'd rather have a 4 day work week, with the overtime if they need me on the other 3. Gives me enough time to be a family man. 7-5:30. I get dinner, homework, and bedtime with the kids. I'm beyond blessed to be able to have these things in my life. Praise be to the Lord God 🙏

Check out the book 4 hour work week. Thank me after you read it. Also, new law is coming to reduce work week to 32 hours, same pay as, a 40 hour work week i live in dc hear things ya know 😅

Work 3 days 10-12 hour days .. making 30+ an hour and get to spend the other 4 days a week at home with my kids and doing my remote job
