This is a great log cabin. The size is perfect for many people. The porch is gorgeous. I always wanted a log home. Beautiful on outside and inside. Love how it’s designed on the inside. I love the open concept of it. The wood is beautiful. The only thing I would change to a rock fireplace. The furnishings are perfect for this home. I love all the log homes you shown. Thank you for that. Best to you, Jen, and the boys.
You should start the video by saying where they do and do not deliver, I called on him it was $249,000 however they do not deliver to Arkansas Oklahoma Kansas pretty much only north east United States
Floorplan at 2:15 Its nicely done for its modest size. I'd have taller cabinets. Think I'd squeeze in two extra feet for a slightly bigger living room and a more functional laundry. A utility sink with a drain and a closet can make a huge difference, frustration-wise.
We opted for our kitchen sinks not to be split. When scrubbing pots and pans it’s easier and you have more leverage if the pans are flat instead of an angle.
This is beautiful. I know they needed to show it and that many like it but I'm not a fan of the white washed master bath. going from the beautiful golden toned wood to that white wash was a shock. The bathroom itself was nice though.
New subscriber here! Love your tours of these beautiful homes! This log home is gorgeous. I love seeing the decor in these homes ! I like seeing what all is out there and might even get some ideas for my home! Lol
put a fan up above the stove in the master bedroom i dont need a double vanity where the make up and far back vanity is( across from the stand alone shower) they can put a jetted tub there I Will Take The Furniture,Right Size Now This SWEET!!
This is a lovely cabin, really nice. However, my problem with this home is the knotty pine that covers every wall and surface-wall, floor, ceiling and cabinetry. If you intend to use this as a year-round home, it severely limits any variance in your decor. I get that the whole point of having a log cabin style home is to get that "old north woodsy" look, but for me that would get old very quickly.
Hey Timothy! You are doing it! You have me very interested in this home! I had sent an email off to the builders of this home, so maybe I'll get some information, in regarding, this home and also some information about their company as well! It's a really close 1st place to "The Frontier"! As always, I'll see YOUR beautiful face in the next one! Luvyà! God Bless! ~ Chris
Nice metal roof! Long-lasting and an added layer of insulation. Reflects the rays of the sun. Just don't let a fire break out in your home! It's like a pressure cooker inside, and the intense heat destroys everything.
That split heating and air conditioning units are Not efficient at all and they’re very expensive to replace. If you can’t get forced air, then the wall cadets are more efficient.
Nice little place. I love the metal roof. I'd opt for a bigger Master if possible by adding to that end of the house. Make the Master bigger to move the closet out of the Bathroom. Enlarging that Bathroom you'd be able to get a tub in there too and I'd like a big shower for this big guy. Then off the Utility Room I'd have an enclosed Breezeway going to a Garage. In that Breezeway could be places for Family coats and such, use the front Closet just for guests.
Like The home but I would most definitely want that fireplace to have a stone face and hearth with that Nice wood mantle. Also would need to find a better place for that mini split unit (if that's what I kept) because it's position is right where I would Mount My hanging Wall hutch. The two different Wood finishes in the bathrooms is good to see so you can tell if One appeals More than The other.
That was a strange closet in the master, not really set up for clothes. Not my favorite. Didn’t see any chimney on the roof so is this fireplace electric? Maybe I missed it. Also the wood was very shinny and I don’t like that in a log home.
