Y’all this log cabin modular home is like nothing else you’ve ever seen!! Hey friends, this is Chance and we have a super sweet modular home video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This cabin prefab house is filled with all types of beautiful wood and even has a second level! The manufacturer for this modular house is in partners with Hilltop Structures where I toured the home. The model for this home is the “Laramie Peaks.” This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,000 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Hey Chance! I've been a fan (and subscriber) of yours since a few years back (I told you to embrace your accent once upon a time). You've shown some truly cool and unique homes, from minis, to numerous modular & manufactured homes. As an example, while that future model black "half home" that is mostly black and has incredible front porch and two-way fireplace is a beauty, it's not quite big enough for my needs. So then THIS beautiful log home/cabin unexpectedly shows up and does NOT escape my eyes just HOW nice it is. I think I just found my vacay home...and maybe year-round. Thanks, keep doin' whatchya doin' there...and all across the US.

Yes...I would have all of that built out as bedrooms upstairs. There's got to be atleast 2, if not 3 additional rooms upstairs with closets. It's really a good looking home.

I’d upgrade that fridge with an ice maker type! Water filter run a water line from the sink behind the cabinets. Back door needs a real lock. As an electrician those bathroom wall switches don’t make sense. Master needs that cheap light removed and a ceiling fan combo installed. Otherwise I’m in love with it! Just gotta put in a wood burning stove! This is the nicest unit I’ve seen you post yet! And God bless that beautiful little boy! What a gift!

I would make just a couple of changes to this one. I would take the utitlty room, Washer and dryer, back door and electircal panel and make that all one room with a sliding door on the hallway, an on demand water heater instead of the tank, put up some cabinets over the washer dryer and a folding table mounted on the wall opposite the W & D mounted with a piano hinge so it could fold up to the wall when not being used. I would also put a back porch on just like the front porch. Coming up the steps, skip the railing on the left and bring the wall all the way out and make that space a closet from the bedroom side. Bring the wall on the other side out another foot or so to make the little bath bigger. The chair at the top is a waste, better used for a bigger bathroom. The light from the window coming up the stairs is nice. Beautiful home.

Hi Chance & Chance Jr. Cullen is you made over. This home is very nice, possibly for a small family; it’s definitely a country home. When you showed the living room from upstairs, it made me dizzy. But, surely many will enjoy seeing this. It should be good on utility costs!! I went to my doctor today, had x-rays done & possibly a MRI soon. Among other problems, I somehow managed to rupture my back causing excruciating pain. I just keep reminding myself of Isaiah 53:5. By Jesus’ stripes, I am healed! 👏 It was good seeing you & adorable Cullen. He makes me smile! Take care of yourself & your precious family. Love & Prayers always, & hugs for my little buddy. 💓👏🤗🤗 Cullen you’re loved so much by people that you don’t even know. 🤗🤗

i Love the log cabin style of this home. I could see adding a Rod Iron or Black Plumbing type pipe from the ceiling in the upstairs room to hang clothes just inside the door. Maybe add a wood stove as well in the living space. Nice home.

A beautiful log cabin that I would definitely love to have on a lake with a mountain view! It would be great for a vacation home. The space was well used it seems bigger on the inside with that gorgeous entrance! It was like you walked into a huge mountain lodge! Bravo, to whoever designed this cabin! One of best homes I've seen! The rooms are decent size, the upstairs bedroom is like a mini hotel suite, porch super deep, etc. Hardly anything there to not love! 5:22 - I'm assuming that space under the stairs is where your basement stairs could go.

I love this little cabin! The high ceiling makes you feel like you walked into a much larger home. I love the tin on the ceiling in the loft. I think the use of the wood on the cabinet trim and knobs were a great idea. I’d put this cabin on a full basement and use that little pantry area as a place to put my stairs. I could see myself living full time at the lake or in the mountains in this awesome cabin.

Love the rough hewn kitchen cabinets. It fits perfectly with the rustic feel of a log cabin. The upstairs bedroom is so cute. I can see it overlooking a lake and watching deer or even a moose! Lol All you need is a couple of fishing’ poles for a nice relaxing weekend or retirement!

This would be a wonderful placed on a lake, nicely wooded secluded area. I would remove the existing shower though and turn that half of the loft bathroom into a large tiled shower. The floor of the shower needs to be done in the riverun style rock and some soft toned slate that leans to the brown or copper tone. It would look great with the sinks tooo.
