I want to write a testimony to Brad’s one on one coaching service. I went through a really difficult break up and was left heartbroken and after watching many other dating coaches out there, I found Brad on RU-vid. I’m the kind of person that needs to feel like I’m doing something so other coaches advice of going no contact until my ex reached out to me, felt like it wasn’t proactive enough for me personally. I liked Brad’s style of videos and how he broke down each of the components to winning your ex back. I used his guide to no contact and also re-establishing contact and both worked! I found myself at a point where my ex and I had exchanged some pleasantries but I was stuck on how to build momentum and how to level up our communication. So I decided to sign up to the monthly email coaching (promise this is not an ad, I’m a real person and I paid for this service with my own money). Brad has offered me advice on what texts to send, how my ex is likely feeling, and just overall been a massive support. My crazy brain can run away from me at times but just having Brad’s help and reassurance that I’m on the right track is making this whole process a lot easier. And it is a process. It’s not going to be an overnight thing. My break up happened 4 months ago but the relationship was falling apart for a good 2 months before that. I get excited every time I see a new email from Brad because it’s comforting and reassuring to be told im making progress and to have a fresh set of eyes on the situation. Even if you can’t do the email coaching, at least follow this man’s videos cos he knows what he’s talking about. My ex has recently told me that he still loves me and every recent contact we’ve had has been initiated by him. I’m going to do my best to update this comment if people want to know how it’s going.

Been no contact for almost two months now, last time, I greeted her happy birthday she responded, but when I asked for my remaining stuff back she totally blocked me everywhere, so I just decided to just date someone new and move on... I really have no intention to break up with her but damn, her family and environment is toxic, and other people always getting involved and not respecting the boundary of the relationship, it's exhausting.

@@BradBrowning thank you for all of your advice, I used them to at least try to save the relationship, but instead she only misinterpreted it as chasing her, she even tried to ruin my life after the breakup, she reported me to the police, accused me of threatening her, hold my stuff hostage, pit her family against me, your methods are good but I guess I was just using it on the wrong person, but damn I wish I could get all my stuff back.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

I’ve got 2 children with my ex and we have been staying together at her house until at random she doesn’t want me to stay . So I can’t stay. I really am so frustrated with this . And she says at times I don’t want to be with u . I’m struggling to find suitable housing . For my nights away. It’s difficult we are on and off again. She’s says I’m like another child making mess and what not. I have picked up my game ten fold being an active parent actively completing many of the daily tasks I had not done as much of previously. And in my view I have made significant changes in the way I am as a person

It's another story if you live under the same roof after a relationship ends. I suggest you do limited contact with your ex where you only discuss the essentials. Hello Brad, You are definitely an expert on no contact. Its a signature mark of yours. I have a question : You said in one of your videos that an ex misses you 30 days after no contact the most according to psychological studies. May I read the study? In my case I was needy and got blocked. I reached out after that and asked why I was blocked in a group that we are in (I deleted all other members of the group for the group to be a place of 1 on 1 communication) and got replied back and told she wants space. After that I have done everything right. I stopped reaching out, said I respect her wish for space and am in no contact for two and a half weeks. I dont know whats in her head, but I think shes probably surprised that I stopped reaching out. Perhaps this is why she did not leave the group chat and didnt block me anywhere outside of whats app. Its possibly a test to see whether or not I respect her wish for space. When do you recommend breaking no contact? Should I go for the 30 day rule or longer?

If you've been bothering her for quite a while, chances are she felt relieved of you finally giving her space, so it's important you stick to your resolve so the reality of you doing you and being busy in your own life will start to sink in -- assuming she still cares enough about you. Hi brad. Im unable to sign up for your coaching as paypal doesn’t seem to allow recurring subscriptions in my country (india). I tried with multiple debit and credit cards and on the last screen, it shows the amount to be charged as $0 instead of $97 and thus fails. I even wrote to your customer support to ask them to send me a manual single paymenf link for $97 so that i could start the subscription. Unfortunately, they just sent me the link to the coaching mail page. Please help!

Atp I don’t even know. Abt 11 months after we split, she started looking at my stories. We didn’t end up talking until a few months later but lately we’ve reconnected and it’s gone well for the most part. Lots of flirting, double texts from her when I don’t respond quickly, her asking to FaceTime, her getting visibly jealous and upset when the topic of me seeing other girls comes up (even tho she brings it up), etc. But, when I asked if she wanted to grab lunch or something before she leaves town, she said “I don’t think that’s a great idea. Texting and calling is already kinda pushing it.” I didn’t respond and then she texted again 30 mins later saying “I promise it’s nothing against you, I’m just only comfortable with occasionally texting.” Like huh?

Focus on texting and try not to meet up when one or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. I will add that she’s still dating another guy (and has been for abt a year), but it really seems like her heart isn’t truly in it with him, especially since she flirts with me so much when we talk. So that just adds to the confusion. And every time we have a good interaction, she goes and pulls away for a few weeks.

Hello Brad, you were Very helpful regarding me asking you about my ex unfriended me on Facebook. My question is should I wish my exs kids a happy birthday via her WhatsApp? Iv always got on with her kids. She dumped me August of last year, but we had a holiday booked to Dublin in December last year with myself and my ex and her 2 children. He had been together for over 2 years. She was reaching out with indirect direct messages up until going away to Dublin. When we got back that’s when she unfriended me on facebook. So, when we broke up, we both had had a lot of personal growth. I told him several things including that I love him and wanted to be with him. We both cried, he was pursuing a couple of other women. Hey Brad, sorry for the bother, haha.. I did the no contact rule. My ex was starting to date a new guy in a long-distance relationship.. But it turns out the guy has ghosted her for a week now she is scared something happened to him because he hasnt been online in any social media , and she is waiting until Monday to finally move on.. I keep trying to re attract her and it seems that she likes texting me and calling at night.. I can't seem to get her to flip the switch just yet. Granted her, and this guy never really started dating, I mean, he never asked her.. but I just can't seem to get her to stop feeling sad for him and notice me, haha To be honest, if this persists, I'll have to buy your coaching sessions. xD

Hey Brad...Thanx for the videos. Much appreciated. I went through a tough breakup, where things became nasty. My ex was in the complete scenario in moving on, without giving a hint of it and later I felt cheated by her being getting involved with one of my friend's. I didnt even have any idea about this whole scenario/ that this much was happening behind my back. Now that we are parts separated, I assume that she is no more in contact with that guy. I have tried to give her the complete space she need after a long chasing, which i realised much later. But, I don't know why, she is not really making me keep the space or even she's being jealous of me hanging out with few of close friends. She keeps on reaching out to me for some weird or silly reasons and blaming me now and then, where I have completely given up on the past negative feelings inside me. Could you pls advise what should be done,in such case?

I had a gut feeling from the start of the break up that he was seeing someone else. He lied to me as well as the new woman. He said that he loved her but now she has found out that everything he said to her was s due she has ended it and he has come home. Obviously I never stopped loving him I changed from looks, attitude, worked on what he said peed him off.. So what do I do now? The woman he cheated on me with has lots of yhe same traits as me. Very strange. Only difference was she was younger and had dark hair. Can I reattract him?

If you can't rebuild trust or if she can't seem to commit fully to you, then that's a huge red flag you best not ignore. Remember, you teach people how to treat you. What you tolerate and don't tolerate is up to you.

my ex broke up with me yesterday. It mainly happened on religious basis. He's muslim and I'm hindu but i told him i dont have any problem in converting to islam all he have to do is convince his parents. Still he says there's no future of us altho we both love each other a lot. He couldn't sleep last night and he kept texting me from time to time. Told me that he is not able to sleep, he texted me in the morning too asking if i had waken up. I dont know if i should reply to him or maintain no contact but seeing that he is not able to sleep i wanna talk to him so bad. What should i do? Is there any chance it could work?

It's important you let him really miss you and let him think about stuff. If there's indeed a solution to the religious dilemma, he has to accept it on his own as well and own up to his feelings. But be sure to give him time and space to do that. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. It's been a month.6 months of relationship,after 16 years of friendship.Left me with message.I didn't ask why,what happened.He said he thinks it would be best if we are friends.I said that I respect his decision.Decided to go in no contact,but we had contact.He asked how am I.We met 20 days after a break up.I was surprised because he as an avoidant never showed anything in the public,that day he hugged me and kissed me on the cheek.He was persistant to have a cup of coffee.We spent 2 hours together,talking,laughing.No one mentioned relationship,break up.He asked what am I doing in the evenings and if can call me sometimes to go out.We never had a fight,never said anything bad to each other.

He's hinting that he may not be ready for a committed relationship so unless you're okay with that, I suggest to open your dating pool and consider your other options. @@BradBrowning actually he is unstable due to his ongoing divorce & financial issues. While talking he gives me indirect hints like asking my home address, I found out partner, miss you, sending kisses..He also mentioned if practical possible marriage also wat if I go to outside for satisfaction..He loves to talk in that sense but I have never done that with him..m not sure if he feels m sexually incompatible due to my health issues? I asked him why I feel so much for him not only physical sense, he told I know that we both are spiritually connected to God..4 years back I texted him for marriage and this time he initiated..He says there is a loneliness killing me inside, emotions, love, attachment is what matters to him..there are lot of physical options to him bcoz he is dam handsome but he avoid them mostly..He told I never taken time for myself anyday, working day & night for family stability..2 weeks we r disconnected & will continue till 30 days...wl see what happened next, wish for us the best❤

Blocking her was unnecessary. I noticed a bunch of people having some problems reaching out later on because they've either deleted their ex, blocked (especially everywhere) or unfriended them, which creates an unnecessary dilemma really, if you ask me. Hey brad, me and my girlfriend of a year and a half broke up 2 weeks ago and am in no contact. Nothing bad happened in the relationship and we both made it clear that we love each other but we need to work through somethings. The first year was amazing and I had never been so in love with someone in my life. The spark we had was unreal for both of us. Long story short my dog passed away in December and her grandfather past away during the same time. Both of us fell into a rut for a couple months and stopped going out to dates and doing stuff together and just became home bodies. I was also going through some gut issues that consumed me and was destroying my skin and my confidence. Now I have figured out my gut issues since being split up and have began healing and feeling better. Im not sure where we stand with one another, the last conversation we had she said I will always have a special place in her heart. I want to reach out and tell her that I am getting better now but I know I should wait a little longer. What are your thoughts?
