If memory serves cartman pulled a prank where he put butters D in his mouth and took a photo it got around that he did that he was nervous his friends had the pic and would show it so he wanted to do it himself before it got out but he ended up showing it anyway when his mom found it in his room

For the second one, Cartman was trying to prank Butters, but it went wrong (he was supposed to take a picture of Butters sleeping with his pen!s in their mouth, but he put Butters' in his mouth instead). He then lost the picture and thought Kyle stole it and was going to show everyone, so he decided to show everyone himself to rob Kyle of the laugh and put his own context behind the picture to lessen the blow.

The Elmo bit is even funnier now that I know Elmo's voice actor was accused of being inappropriate with minors... Before I just thought it was about those incidents in the toy industry, where the toy says something inappropriate, or there's a camera in the toy, etc. Most of them are mishaps, but some of them are actual malicious, predatory behavior by some of the toys' makers. Stop Touching Me Elmo is probably about both of the voice actor and inappropriate toys.

It was fun seeing your sense of humor is similar to mine! My husband and I have been rewatching old South Park for the last few months. Those guys really push the boundaries. I can’t believe that show has been on for more than 20 years! Although there is a disclaimer at the beginning of each episode that says no one should watch it 🤣

Walmart used to have these sections as soon as you enter the store, where you grab your cart, but there were coin games and pay phones. Claw machine, Cruisin' World, "stop the light win a prize" things. The ONLY time I won was on the light game. I got a Kenny keychain, I was in 3rd grade, 1998. inevitably a "friend" ripped its head off. so of course i said, "oh my god, you killed kenny" and he didn't get the reference because his parents didn't let him watch south park at 9 years old.

Family Guy has a bunch of bits that have no relationship to the show. (They even made fun of Family Guy doing this on South Park.) But with South Park, the context is very important. And makes this much better. I recommend reacting to the show, not clips.

2nd scene context: Cartman takes a photo of himself with Butter's d in his mouth while he was sleeping. He does this to roast Butters about being gay without realising the backlash. Then he can't find the photo and thinks that Kyle has it and is torturing him by hiding it, so Cartman decides to make it public himself as part of an art photo project.

There is one episode he's bullied and tricks his bullies parents to a farm where the farmer shots them. He them takes their bodies and makes them into chilli 🌶 and feeds them to his bully. When he tells him his favorite band comes and calls him a pu$$y. One of the darkest episodes ever was when Britney Spears shot herself and went the whole episode without the top of her head.
