Awesome! Thank you for taking my request, man! F.T. Island (F.T. stands for "Five Treasure") is a South Korean Rock band but "Shadows" is off one of their Japanese albums. Almost all South Korean Rock bands do Japanese albums because Japan is a much bigger and far stronger market for Rock music than in South Korea. I recommended this Japanese song from them to you first because their Japanese material is less known to international fans than their Korean stuff as they are signed to different labels in South Korea and Japan. Their Japanese material only gets promoted in Japan (in Japan they are signed to Warner Bros.) so a fantastic song like "Shadows" is constantly criminally overlooked. The other reason I recommended "Shadows" is because I love this song! It's my favorite of theirs! I'm really happy to see you enjoyed it! Also, the idea of you trying to play this on the guitar sounds cool! If you decide to do it, I look forward to it! F.T. Island actually runs almost the whole range of Rock music. They started out doing Pop Rock and are also known for doing Rock Ballads. The lead singer's name is Lee Hong Gi and he's considered to be one of the best vocalists of his generation in South Korea Rock or otherwise. He's been invited to even sing songs outside of Rock because he's such a good singer. Let me go on to recommend you do video reaction to another song of theirs, this time sung in their native Korean tongue. It's called "Take Me Now". I'll try to leave a direct link to it below.

I was mindblown when I first listened to this song back then! I started getting into this band when they released their Where Is The Truth? album and then I was blown away when I saw that this song is played in Drop G and also by the fact that they also have songs in Drop A, Drop B, Drop C and Drop C#. They're the first mainstream korean rock band using dropped tunings that I listened to! :D

I’m really glad you like them! Pray, Out of Love, Take Me Now are some of their harder songs. I also love Falling Star, On My Way, and Walking Dead. If u want something different Mitaiken Future is fun. Wind is their Korean 10th anniversary album title song, and I really loved it.

I love Ft island I follow them since 2007 I own everything they have recorded. Lee Hong Ki the singer and the bassist are fana of UK's rock. This is in Japanese, chech their songs Tornado and Aqua, Fish and out of love in concert.

YES! FT Island are my favourite band and Lee Hongki, in my opinion, is one of the best vocalists in Korea! To show you what I mean, I would recommend watching their MV for “Wind” and also check out their song “Quit”. Lee Hongki also did a duet with another vocalist called Yoo Hwe Seung from N. Flying called “still love you”. You should definitely check that out if you want to hear powerhouse vocals!! I’ll try and leave links below.👇

But this song is in japanese, not korean. :D Really good band, I like them. If you like classic rock, I recommend korean band Jaurim, amazing band and amazing female vocal, one of the best I've heard. Song "Icarus" is my favourite by them, also "#1", but this one don't have music video. Also korean rock band Drug Restaurant is, or was good, especially song "Mistake", but because of scandal with their singer and that he is in jail now, I don't know if you want to react to them. ;) But I really recomment this song, jus listen. :)

Your bro might know them cause they also have some Japanese songs as well and are very popular in Japan.

you should check out dreamcatcher. they are another korean group with a different flare, blending all sorts of genres with rock/metal instrumentation to varying degrees. try 'scream' or 'endless night' for starters ;)
