A person doesn’t ask to be invited into another person’s home that they don’t know or have a relationship with. When they do go in someone else’s home they are expected to honor how that person governs and runs their home. We aren’t going to have a great relationship if when you spend time with me you can’t honor my boundaries. That turns into abuse quickly. Why do people think they “should get to or have a right to” go to heaven (God’s home) if they don’t know Him and are constantly abusing his boundaries?
Also 1 Peter 1:17-18 says “For it is judgement to begin at the household of God;and it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the Gospel of God; And if the righteous is scarcely saved what will become of the ungodly and the sinners?” So yes judging is okay as long as we’re doing it righteously
