Fun Fact: at night, in the Ground theme, Thwomps are smart, only dropping when you're directly below them. They also act similar to Boos, moving slowly to line up with the player when they aren't looking. Why does the Ground theme have all the cool night changes, and floating goombas, why do 3/10 themes have floating goombas at night?

Day Thwomp: there's a bug near that thing! *Smashes thing completely missing the bug* Night Thwomp: *sneaks up on bug until it's lined up, but the bug moves while it's attacking so it misses.* Night Ground Thwomps would actually make great "haunted paintings" if they weren't exclusive to the Ground theme at night.

@@tetromiNolz I still cannot believe my 2 main levels have gone 1 Year uncleared! And they're not even troll levels as I don't like those and never really make them! That's likely why they never get played by the Big creators - as they're 'normie' levels & not hot garbage (I hope!) One is on 0/51 but the other is still 0/93. Ahh, the vast wildness of the Mario Maker jungle! 😄
What I do love - is that although Ryu gives these hapless, skill-less trolls more screen time over actual Decent levels with levels like the 2nd to last one: he _does_ name & shame them properly at least.
I will never understand why someone would create a troll level. It takes no creativity to create a level which kills and punishes a player in ways they couldn’t reasonably foresee.
Good troll levels are fun because they play mindgames on the player. But the key is setting up and then subverting expectations. I do agree that levels designed simply to kill you repeatedly aren't good.
@@xSilentZeroXxThe main issue is the people themselves. Just abuse the fun out of the genre, so you just get brainless levels like the 1st one that only exist because the 'creator' got bored and purely nothing else.
Actually if you affirm that a troll level has no creativity you aren't intelligent yourself. Good troll levels are genious masterpieces and take LOT of effort and creativity to do. It's just that they are as rare as finding a very smart person amongst common Joes.

In... that... level, I believe the random new sups speedrun was meant to run the timer after the super long bowser fight, then of course you have to do it twice. Still, I'm shocked the triple jumps over the hills didn't trigger kaizo blocks that softlock you.

When you make a fun, exciting video, it can last even after your death. I'm so enjoying the videos of you that I've watched previously. Maybe it's nostalgia. Maybe it's your sense of humor. Or maybe Mario won me over. Either way, I wish you would make more that two edited videos a week. While it's fun to watch your unedited ones, like many of us, I don't have time. Yea that's the thing. This is a big issue because I feel the better 'Legit' levels get excluded and really suffer overall as a result. A good level getting picked is just by chance and its come to the point where Ryu is even surprised when 1 pops up.
When it's night thwomps only go down if your directly under them. Maybe it's a side effect of them being able to move left and right in the night theme

And then of course he still tries to act like he cheesed it because he skipped babies first Bowser fight with unlimited power ups. "Cheese" is when you creatively skip an otherwise difficult obstacle in a cool way not taking a mushroom into the next room.🤦
