Glad to see you enjoyed the masts, and how you ended it there, is close to the words a friend of mine said to me when he started taking me to the masts… “If you can ride the masts, you can ride anywhere!” 😂 Great video.
Been years since I rode my old stomping ground off Afan. Rode those trails as a teenager back in later 80’s! Lol😅 steel full rigid with a £5 Halfords light. Single track was a minimum so mainly rough fire roads at best. Prefer bpw though. My annual pilgrimage back home
Bike park Wales looks amazing, need to get myself down to Wales at some point which would you do for a first visit bike park Wales or Dyfi? well ridden pleasure to watch thanks for sharing Jamie! 😁🤙
Cheers Gary. I'd probably say BPW for the first visit. Only because I feel it has more variation and a more obvious progression for those wanting to build up. What I would say though is that both are excellent and neither would be a wasted trip 👌
@@streetpigeonmtb not long before the whole covid thing kicked off, i joined 100+ other riders that went up there to protest the destruction of the trails at the time ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QfG3t0TpLyQ.html this is a link to it.
Trails look great! You rode them well. Welsh Trails always look very steep and techy. As you said if you can ride those trails you could pretty much ride any trails. 😃🤙🤙🤙
Great vid, I seen you on this day at my mates @Bethal Chapel Cafe. Was wondering if you got any footage. Masts are definitely not for the faint hearted. 👍👍🏴🏴🍻
Awesome stuff. We ride Afan once a year but not tried these. Did you have a GPX file at all? Would be super helpful to get the right trails. Keep em coming, cheers buddy👍
I've ridden masts a couple of times on my 140mm hardtail, the gopro really doesn't do it justice. Especially at 13:57 , so so steep, I've never been so scared on a bike!
Definitely mate! The GoPro effect is real on these trails. I was quite surprised when I was editing how flat the trails look. It's maybe because there aren't so many trees. Scary but fun!
Only came here to listen to a grown ass man swear like a 5 year old and listen to cheese electro from 30 years ago, not disappointed 😂 Just kidding. Loved the video👍🏼
That was great to watch. I know exactly that feeling of thinking you may have bitten off more than you can chew but then making it and feeling relieved but still knowing it could have gone so wrong 😊 Keep the videos coming 👍👍
@@streetpigeonmtb Dirt Farm is an inspiring place. Over half of it is way beyond my ability (big gaps, big drops, bike park stuff) but it's really well built, and has lots of progression. And you get pulled up the hill by a tractor. Watch Sam Pilgrim's latest video - you'll get the idea!
😆 Nice Tony. I love that you've now written three negative comments on my channel. You clearly hate the content yet here you are again. Another view for me, another wasted comment from you. Keep at it brother. Hope it's keeping you fulfilled. And if it's not, maybe go seek a cuddle from a friend or loved one ❤️
