i think the grass at the main public area was not really needed even though it gives the compound that aesthetic view because there will be cars parking on the compound and it the cars park on artificial grasses it might destroy the beauty of the entrance apart from that the house it a very beauty house

Whoever built this house wasn’t thinking logically. Who in their great mind will buy this expensive house and live on the top floor. Remember, every day you have to go two floors up to get to your room that’s too much. The person that can afford this is likely in their 50’s to 60’s. And even if they buy this the most benefit they will get from this is by using it as Airbnb.

Secondly, one thing you probably need to consider is that, we all live life in stages. Some people like you and I are at a stage where we are still looking for practical life solutions in order to survive.
