I have to say, the furnishing is excellent and I didn't see any paint on the door frames or the window frames...the tile work was good as well. The only minor thing is, I'd probably make better use of the space...other than that, this is an excellent house! Well done! 👍
Swimming pools should never be in your front yard should be in the side of the house or the back of the house, it is very dangerous to be in the front of the house.
You can then wonder why some lands are worth a million dollar in kampala and rwanda., As if they have well functioning economies than ghana..no wonder people are taking all their monies in ghana

Looks like the structure next to this magnificent edifice is a church or a factory warehouse. Just imagine the daily noise or toxic pollution? This will be unbearable, in-fact this will devalue the value of this property in no time. You will loose hundreds of thousands of your hard earned dollars unless, that structure is replaced with similar luxury properties.
That's not a problem. There are laws in Gh, you can actually put an injunction on the church due to noise pollution. Most ppl don't do it because they will be branded as occult or anti Christ.
