Good Morning Sir, You are truly getting serious in firewood making 👍👌😇💪Impressive Lifting Capacity That Your Orange Tractor Has 😇👌👍Your OUTSTANDING Tool Rack Can Also Be Use To Carried Out Firewood Too 👍👌😇Cheers
Some great Ideas there Ed ! You really should consider going to the Paul Bunyan Show coming up Oct 4-6 in Caimbridge Ohio it’s the BEST SHOW to See all the Major Manufacturers of Log Splitters ,Processors,Sawmills , Chainsaws and more ! It’s also a Huge RU-vidrs Event with all the Major and Minor RU-vidrs like me where you connect and network with them and the Manufacturers It’s Great ! Have a Great Week !!
I have been using a similar type setup for my chipping process: I have my carry-all on the forks and the split-fire chipper & trailer in tow on the back. Now if the finance committee will allow a gas powered log splitter…😅! Great video and work setup. ps: you may want to add just a little more ballast in back carrying those totes on the front, it looked for a second a little bouncy over those irregularities of the trails.
Your trails in the woods are looking good! Efficiency is always nice. Like you, I have some different “efficient” configurations. The only splitting I do in the woods is by hand though! Lately when I go in the woods, I focus on getting trees down and cut into rounds. Then I haul the rounds out of the woods via the loader bucket and carryall on the tractor for splitting later. That way I’m not in the woods as long and I can split a little at a time when I have time, much closer to the house. I used a hydraulic splitter more this spring and summer because of my shoulder, but I think I might be able to get back to swinging a maul this fall!
Great set up Ed. I do pretty much same thing when I'm cutting, minus the BTR. Waiting for a little cooler weather here and I'm gonna really start cutting and splitting again. Hope your week and weekend is good.
Another good one Ed! I have a similar setup on my B2601with a carry-all that I made. Just a thought: a few of those splits would have fit in the big tool rack if needed for ballast. Kind regards
Ed, at 6:56 you put code MGG on the screen, not MCG. Thanks for the video As I get older Im trying to work smarter cause it’s getting harder! Lol Good advice!
We love your videos! They are so well done. Our 3 year old requests your videos by name because he loves watching anything to do with tractors and chainsaws and the like. Thank you for sharing your homesteading work and knowledge.
@@MyClutteredGarageoh cool! His name is William and we’re from Minnesota. Thanks again for all the great content. We wish you and your family continued success and happiness!
That is definitely a great setup! I do see the need for a larger tractor. Just need that little bit extra eh. Good video, great camera angles and your processing triangle is a great idea for an all in one setup.
Nice setup Ed! I know with the LX there are times with the wetter wood I can basically take up the slack with the loader arms and lift off only when curling the forks. Stay well! 🌴😊
