I had such high expectations when she applied the moisturizer and I saw the makeup palettes! I think her blending technique is so unique because it consists in not blending at all
I doubt she has ever had a single makeup lesson! She had no idea how to use the products or use an eyeshadow brush. The hygiene was appalling too. Blowing on you makes me feel ill. I really worry you will catch something like a cold sore from the lip products. How she can earn £80 from this is crazy. Love your videos Julia!! ❤
Ill never understand why they try to conceal your freckles!!!! and then I wonder do they feel stupid after the concealer all rubs away and your freckle shows up anyways?!
She used drugstore make up (Rimmel and NYX) but also Huda Beauty. High end eyeshadows from brands like Huda Beauty, Pat McGrath or Natasha Denona need a good base. I always use an eyeshadow primer. It is odd that she did not blend the eyeshadows.😮 I love about high end eyeshadows that they are very easy to blend.

It is NOT mold. It is Charcoal Infused Mattifying Primer. Hence the color. She didn’t even hesitate to spit in your face though, which was disgusting. The whole thing was rushed. She didn’t care how it turned out, if it looked sloppy or messy, she just wanted to get paid and move onto the next victim.
You pretty much rock every look you get whether they're good or not! I would appreciate seeing just ONE MUA blend well and do both sides evenly and the same! That alone would help! Thank you Julia!
So if the black stuff is what I think it is it's a NYX shine killer and it is black but usually not so thick so it may be a bit old. Its purpose is to reduce shine. Good luck hope it didn't affect your skin too much!
Yeah they're quality products...contaminated by previous customers because of the unhygienic way she uses them. What??! £80?? That's daylight robbery 😱😱😱 Bloody hell!
I see so many makeup artists use applicators right out of the tube, do they not understand how unsanitary that is? It gives me the heebie jeebies every time I see it.

The bag of tricks where she pulled put that dirty looking beauty blended was a bit of a worry. It looked like it had other unclean items in there and could clearly see the plastic inside was covered in powder/s. And her blaming your skin type....so unprofessional and rude. Not to mention blowing in your eyes...just what everyone wants 🙄
For 80…wow! The blending of the eyeshadow wasn’t great and the glitter was non-existent. The rest was okay. As usual…love me a Julia video. Sending love❤
Her products did seem to be OK, I think the colour on the eyes was very pretty, just needed more blending, the blush colour really suited your skin tone, I liked the lip but wouldn't of put it with that eye look, and I liked that she went for a more natural brow. If her blending was better I think it could of looked very pretty. And the lashes look a little on the cheaper side, but have to agree with you that ones this size suit you better then the really big ones.
I love the colors she chose! She had an eye for that ...but everything else was not up to par whatsoever. But still, we've seen her go through much worse lol
I kept thinking, "She is going to clean up all the fall out from under your eyes, right?" NOPE 🤦♀️ OH and have people learned nothing from the worldwide pandemic we had? I feel like you deserve to go get makeup done by a real professional so you have something to compare all these to. Plus be nice to finally see you get pampered and not cringe at everything. This lady I don't get, she had nice products yet absolutely horrible application and sanitation. I think you should do a collab with Robert Welch..like he do your makeup! I've never seen him do a client before on YT..only his brother in a funny way. Ohhhhhhh or like Lisa Eldridge!! OMG that would be amazing. Idk where she lives in relation. Us in USA think everything in the UK and surrounding us like super close in relation to how we travel so idk at all could be 12 hrs for all I know.
Yes, I keep suggesting Julia have a lovely facial too... How relaxing would that be (for us too 😂😂). I have a friend who lives in Chatanooga. She moved there from Washington to be nearer to her daughter who now lives "only" a 9 hour drive away! 😂 Us Brits don't know we're born!!

My husband drives an hr n half to work each way daily. Here public transit is like crackheads and homeless housing so you gotta be pretty tough and on your game. Only time I took a bus in DC a homeless dude punched me in the head out of nowhere. so I'm good never doing that ever again.

Most likely she is an esthetician working at a salon like that, they expect you to know everything. Esthetician school you only learn makeup for 5 hours or up to 5 days. So probably she is not a professional makeup artist. I feel for her trying hard ❤️
I am absolutely shocked that you still have skin left after all the disease and abuse its been put through by these MUA's XD its going to need more then a prayer at this point haha
I completely enjoy all ur videos so much yet the comments have me a bit frustrated. Quite a few subs think that uve made fake videos to make ur makeup purposely look horrific just for crazy content. I dont want to believe that u do that but i do have to say some of ur makeup looks r definitely beyond outrageous even for the makeup artist to think it looks good is too ridiculous to believe. Then again if you're finding these types of makeup artists who are going along with your fake videos and letting u do them is insane... However if you are, you should get an Oscar for your acting skills because they're on point for sure. To be honest I don't think that you're doing that I truly believe that these videos are genuine and these makeup artists are really just that bad. I do not think that you're making fake videos just for content you just don't seem like that type of person. I think you're a honest straightforward genuine person who wouldn't do that to their subscribers.
OMG I so want to fix your eyeshadow, I am 55 years old and learning how to use makeup at this stage in my life, and I love wow colors but you have to blend it right to make those eyes pop. slapping glitter on it is not it.
Why doesn’t Julia ever show us video of when she walks into the salon and tells the MAU what she wants her make up look to be? I mean, if you’re going to judge if the MUA is good or bad, shouldn’t we be seeing the whole video? Is it close to what she asked for? How would we know? Some of the looks are actually pretty good. And she never goes to a high-end salon so how do we know what the difference would even be when we never get to see it? I feel like we’re taking her word for it that they’re the worst.
