Im not gonna lie here . I was feeling low and depressed for the past few weeks because my life seems like its standing at the same place for the past 6 years. I was getting overwhelmed these few weeks to the extent that i started feeling numb. Then i decided about getting rid of this feeling . I searched for different mantras to ease that feeling. I came across this one. I just created a playlist and added this one. For the past few days I'm listening this one while studying and I can say that i am feeling more better and it feels like most of my problems are getting resolved automatically.
