I used it with my Wave XLR by Elgato. The off-axis rejection is good. But no real noise cancellation. The full review is on the channel if you wanted to check that out.

I believe Xbox consoles work with usb mics. I can't see this being any different. I don't know 100%>

We can't gift unfortunately,. They are a great value microphone to purchase if you need one.
