Cletus and Victor NEED to host events (open track nights, test and tune, etc) every weekend once the new houses are built and the developers have Open Houses planned. Nothing will set the expectations of prospective buyers more than hearing exactly what they are buying into.

Just like people who buy a house on a ski resort likely ski, and people who buy a house on a golf course likely play golf, and people who buy a house with a community runway likely fly, It’s logical to assume that the people who buy a house next to a race track will be racers.

Hearing the top fuel drags go down at the track at the start of the video makes me really bummed that I won't be able to hear that from my house anymore since they shut down my local track. I used to be able to hear them run almost exactly 20 miles away as the crow flies from a buddies house and hear them super clear from 7 miles away from the track at my place. Nothing compares to those machines!

Can't believe Misha is coming to the States to race with you guys, Misha is the absolute man around the 'Ring.... now Cleet, you're going to have to build a Ring car and travel to Germany to do a couple laps.... it's only fitting 😅 You guys treat Misha well, he's a good dude, I've been following him for years now.

You picked an AWESOME helicopter! hose Schweitzer's are GREAT helicopters. I owned a 300C and they are very safe. The rotor design is robust and the blades fully articulating.

Right lol..seems like a good really motivated dude but sometimes he's an idiot like when he drives wrecklessly on public roads. It's one thing on open roads with no traffic or pedestrians nearby.
