We installed a different gate opener in this very spot a couple years ago and it just isn't doing the job! Today I'm pulling out the old one and installing a brand new shiny LiftMaster CSL24UL automatic heated gate operator that will withstand the harshest of conditions!

Happy birthday!! That was a All-o-matic 90 operator. I would like to see your nest on the gate over the edge pad. I like the nest for the Lach to be guided in. I need to start doing this for my company

OK this is the third operator swi installed at the same elementary school. Viking l3 , All-o-matic 90 and liftmaster sl24 .they all the same can't you get heaters for the last two operators? I have replaced sl24 with viking

We didn't install the Viking. The original installation had lots of problems. We could've gotten a heater for the all-o-matic, but we would still have had the issues of the safety systems not functioning correctly all the time.
