This all seems too clever by half. Not an attorney, but I wouldn't want to be in a courtroom defending Ethan's aspersions about the plaintiff's possible sexual criminality. Usually when someone's suing you, the smart move is not to make constant publicly disparaging comments about them and implicitly encouraging your fans to post fake bad reviews of their work.

"implicitly encouraging your fans " That's the point, they purposely teased him while obviously none of the things said is actually provable as defamatory They did it on purpose to make him sue ethan, knowing they could easily defend everything. It's not like they hoped it wasn't defamation

@@jeffreygordon7194 if you add the revenue from the videos where Ethan triggers him into suing the podcast and the videos were Ethan shows how it's obviously not defamation it's enough to pay the fees and he can probably buy a new Porsche with the rest Also, given how painfully obviously legal all those things are, Ethan has grounds to sue triller back so that the defense fees get put on triller.

All this podcast is about now is wishing jail/ being taken off a platform on other people. Ethan is talented but he is deeply flawed, and his motivations are clear.
