I’m glad you enjoyed that Meeting despite the horrible weather...why was all the good weather here when we could not go out?? 😨. Yesss..I just could not deal with that exhaust and it puzzles me that Tim/Schmee finds it such a thrill...they would drive me mad! 😬😀😀 I fear the Meet is just too far away from me at about 170 miles each way but it will be good to see the video of it afterwards! I think I prefer a modded early generation Minis to these but a big shout out to Gonzo! Distressed and aged to another level. Car looked crazy!

Had a look on the map to see where this is. Only 460 miles away might be a stretch but if furlough continues at least my weekends are free. Might stay with little sis in London the night before. Looks really good. Will look out for the date of the meet & greet.

Love that Long Furlong road. Oh you might have driven right passed me if this was filmed on a weekday. I work on the Cuilfail industrial estate just before the tunnel. What I love about Mini is they’re still highly customisable and no two look the same. PP meet n’ greet there would be ace 👍🏼

Great fun and loved you waking up the villages with a few pops and bangs. Remember to come up to the midlands for one of our events. We easily get our 500 Mini’s of all shapes and sizes 👍👍

Looks like a cracking venue (like the idea of a hot coffee after a long early drive). You should know by now, anytime you get your car spotless before a car meet, it rains !. This seems to happen more often than not at Goodwood Breakfast club.

Only the 3 cylinder, but lots of toys, Moonwalk Grey and 18 inch black rims. If a standard ‘family orientated’ Mini is welcome, I may well pop over to the meet and greet if I can. Best wishes.

I didn`t know there were so many types of minis till today, the one with the Lambo style doors was very special, must have had a lot of modification to achieve that configuration and the balance would have been difficult I feel, good though. So Pete good meet and we saw how much you enjoy these venues so roll on the next one.

Evening all, I love that Kalashnikov mode on Ruby 🤣🤣🤣🤣. What an awesome meet and great venue 👍. I've been busy today on my R53, rear seats out ready to change the fuel filter and after taking it for a spin minus the crazy weight of the rear seats, well let's just say they ain't going back in 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Half cage has just been added to my shopping list 👍. My shopping lists of mods is as long as my arm now 😁. Really looking forward to your meet and great Pete, hopefully before winter is upon us 👍. Eyup Ped. Last Sunday we went on a club run (LincolnshireMiniOwners) and my dear husband washed and polished my car in the morning... I drove through the Lincolnshire Wolds and the heavens opened. It was torrential, with lightning... top speed was 20mph for ages. PS Did you see my IG msg last week? Gena 😘😘

Really wanted to come to this but had to work and then decided to de chrome my beltline which still needs some work im trying to get bits finished/ordered ready for the next car meet down in Crawley/Hastings went to the beachy head meet as my first Mini meet and I feel in love I will start to try and go to more its a lovely atmosphere

Anti-lag on a 90s rally car was cool - misfiring MINI not so much 😂

Hey Ped. Looked like a great meet, some brilliant Minis there. I would definitely be up for a PP meet up, not too far away from me. I did a bit of sport mode childishness in the Dartford Tunnel on the way back from Brands Hatch last weekend. Has be done, though mine isn't quite as loud as yours :-)

Looked like a great day out! Could do with a venue like that here in the North East.

Having never in my life sat in a Mini or driven one I must admit I've looked at some Cooper and Works specials ,,and fancy having a go today's video enforced it to me I think we forget in the world of high performance cars how good a little mini is and how long it's been in it build form And some of the beautiful examples you have today in this again I've got to say well presented RU-vid video I was thinking of getting a kit car in years to come but maybe a John Cooper Works special could work for me and specially the old woman if she can't go shopping in it he they no good to us I was thinking a building a kit car with a passenger ejection seat in it it just for the dear wife once again bod you take the age of furlough always love looking at your videos keep up the good work mate 8u chair in the country up

It’s called Murphy’s law when you spend hours and hours washing your car only to find when you drive it rains!! These things happen, but at least it was clean before you set off. I think it's great that the modern MINIs are very much like the classics - you are unlikely to see two the same due to the huge number of mods available.
