(forgot about this comment until just now) It's definitely a healthy mix of anxiety and depression, but (at least in my case) it stems from ptsd. Get a therapist, folks. It helps.

The names of the mappers are Israeli names, Tzur is not a nickname, but should be pronounced just like it's written (: (I THINK they are, I have no idea if they are Israelis or not because Tomer and Tzur are Israeli names)
