I know. I get embarrassed when im doing party shopping cause it’s mostly junk food. I often have veggies at home from my garden or shopped at the farmer market for healthier stuff. So when I go to basic stores it’s just junk. It’s rare. But I feel judged

Uh. I raised nieces and nephews. I hid my German chocolate in empty broccoli bags in the freezer until one of the girls developed a love of microwaving broccoli for a snack. That child was 12 years old and gave me a lecture on how her broccoli is better than my German chocolate. It became our secret until we had company and they wanted a treat then that child gave away where my secret stash was located.

She even admits that they change their minds about snacks. She over buys snacks and then the next week its something new she needs to buy. She has a garage full of crap she shouldn’t have to really grocery shop. She even paid to ship snacks for them on a plane, and for whatever reason she places a door dash order for a kinds of snacks. None of the snacks she bought/brought with her were consumed. One of those boxes she’s admitted were bought for one kid. The next week she was buying more snacks for same kid and said that kid didn’t like the snack she bought the previous week anymore. I saw a video of a woman who shows how she makes meals and snacks for her kids (she doesn’t use her kids in videos or show them) she uses those party trays and puts healthy snacks in the tray. She doesn’t buy packaged items. It’s fresh fruits veggies and crackers and a meat.

My parents have 12 kids (5 at home currently) but when there were 9 or 10 of at home my mom never bought that many groceries or that much junk

I have six kids and I always think when I see her hauls, “Do we buy about half of this?” Not even close. Just absolute insanity.

I have 3 teenager boys and they can eat me out of a house lol…….. but never with what she’s buying, that’s insane. Also my boys are athletes and have a balance of what they take and they can get down in the kitchen. I just showed my 14 year old the blog and he was like……. Take that mama away from them kids 😂

The inner shelves are all the processed foods. Now with the WEF pushing bugs in our processed foods you’ll be seeing even less people buying that stuff. We have a giant health club here open 24 hrs. That place is packed every hour of the day. You wouldn’t have seen that a decade ago. You don’t see the morbidly obese as much anymore, either. I think social media being so present in people’s lives now plays a large part in that, people’s vanity. We don’t need the government to be our mommy and daddy to wag their finger, punishing us by taking our allowance. I know this personally. I lost over 100 pounds, half my body weight, starting 6 years ago now. Never gained a single pound back. We never buy this garbage.

The government should not be taxing you for Sugar. As an adult it is your responsibility to make good choices. For you and your children. Not let the gubernamental have that amount of control over simple everyday choices.

We do that here in "sane" America. We-our family" only get to go shopping when daddy secures a good job. He's a Glasser. So new shower, grocery money. Our kids kids eat healthy tho. Veggies of steamed broc or green beans at every lunch. My kids don't even like cookies, except vanilla waffers. We also do store brand zero soda as a treat!
