She mentioned phone calls. Do we need to actually contact the brand via phone? Because I live in Singapore & it’s probably not going to be easy to call these brands
She says that was the approach she took that helped her create a more personalized approach which resulted in more success. You don't need to, many people just email but if you're willing to get on the phone with some brands it can work in your favor.
