Dude same. My boys absolutely love this channel same as I do. This one, Guilty Of Treason and August Hunicke are the only channels we watch. And they're all amazing. But nothing compared to Buckin!!!!
My 3yo twins love Buckin’! Found him when we came home from the hospital. They know their papa climbs trees the same! Their first job I’m sure will be selling firewood.
Heck ya Buckin! Every year I split a whole bunch of wood. We burn a lot of it but I’m constantly taking loads of wood to the older folks homes so they can heat their home also. Four years sober and I’m telling you, doing things like that will keep you on a straight path. God bless.
@@HelvegenHeilungValhalla welcome to the greatest channel on RU-vid hehe have a good day peace love good health and good luck to you! Don’t hide your light shine on and dance like no one is looking! ✌️❤️🌲🪵🪓🐝
It's all in your honor to do all this work for free. In a time where all the prices are sky high, to give the opportunity to people to heat their home without spending hundreds of dollars, it is really nice of you Buckin.
I give Buckin a thumbs up before I ever watch the Videos, because I know I'm going to like it before I watch it. Glad you make so many. That happy ,and grateful way you share brings alot of Sunshine to others. Those Suspenders were to die for. Doing all those kind things you do for others is a true gift.
Good man Bill. I do a lot of free work myself to help people. We gotta help those that can’t help themselves. I just took down a huge red oak for a 67 year old lady an hour from my house. Bucked it all and split it for firewood for her. Easy $2,000 job. She gave me $100 for gas money. I didn’t ask for it. God wants those who can to help those who can’t. Ground a stump for an 83 year old man last week. Didn’t get a dime for it.
Buckin you changed my life lol...for years I've used a chainsaw around my house and what not and I've always used the chain till dull and bought a new one...I was helping my mother n law one evening bout a year ago and she kept telling me to go lower go lower and I knew I was gonna hit the dirt and rock and ruin my chain so I got mad and done it anyways lmao... at that point I had just bought the chain I had just put on and ruined helping her and I was done I was not going to run buy another one because I can rember my papa always having this black and red handle round file he always used on his McCullough saw and im scrolling threw youtub and seen you with a saw just like papa had so I clicked on it and it absolutely changed everything. I watched all your videos on file sharpening and the amount of detail and depth you go into is by far the best on here. You explain it in a way that's almost impossible to not understand it and learn...so today I can tell you that I have my files and I have my chain sharp and I mean razor sharp and a new chain has never cut like the ones I run that file threw and for that I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU and your channel with all the great content.....and the sawology you possess in that brain of yours is unreal💯💯 thanks buckin fer being a awesome dude and a phenomenal teacher💯💯💯💪💪💪💪💪
The first loggers, I don't know if anyone's ever spoken on the subject in any organized way. I know that general U.S. Grant worked the area around St. Louis MO, to sell wood to hotels there. Drawing it out by horse to make ends meet. Howard Blackburn was a famous Glouster MA based sea man, who ran away from school to go logging. His story is famous, that place and it's fishing industry being a few centuries old.
God bless you Billy Ray for your generosity. It does my heart good in this day and age of decisiveness to see man helping out his fellow man and passing on his blessings
Hey buckin. Love yas... hard times for sure.... thanks for ur jurny..... I'd love to see the new bed on that being a tilt bed it would help so much. Delivering.
Billy, I get the value of gratitude. It is actual wealth. The evidence of spiritual fitness. I've got thirteen years, going on fourteen, one day at a time, of this spiritual fitness. My question for you is: "Do you ever climb SRT?" I'm committed to learning this, and using it in my arboring. Your help and example is appreciated, and thank you for being you, for being sincere, of goodwill and service.
Man. That 98(?) f150 brings back memories. I was just old enough to remember things and my dad let me pick out his new truck. It was this exact truck in white. 98 f150 single cab 8’ bed. That was the first truck I saw loaded (squatted) with firewood. He had an old 045 back then, that was one hell of a saw. Terrifying to a kid
We love you too that’s why we watch you do a great job. I’m just like you love saw Wood I have the 500. I and I love it. Great video as always. You’re a great man.👍
Been watching u for so long dude! Haven't met ya in person but it's like we have met. We r all lucky enough to have u let us ride along and learn with ya. Ur journey is one to be envious of. Thank u for just being u. 🤝
Thanks for the heart on my comment Buckin’. I don’t often comment on videos. You speak to my soul. I hope to meet you some day before I make my exit. I am really just a city wood cutter but have learned so much from you. Thank you sincerely, Eliah
Good morning Buckin, Getting ready to go out and cut and split a little bit myself, just wanted to get inspired by your video! God bless and love from Wisconsin!
I appreciate the content that you put out. I literally just started processing logs to start a firewood delivery service about six weeks ago or so. Prior to that, I haven’t really used a chainsaw but about once or twice every couple of years. As I had started bucking logs,…I took to heart about your advice on touching up your chain after you use it. It’s a stock 500i. I just finished bucking up my first triaxle load of logs,…and it cut the same through the whole pile, except the last several logs. It’s because I aggressively filed the rakers down (3 file passes on each) to experiment with how it performs, 😁. Once again,…thanks for your contribution to this industry.
As always Buckin,a great video. I'd forgotten how good Paverotti sounds. What a saw and what a saw builder Iron horse is. Keep doing the good Buckin, proud to be a long time viewer. Cheers from HB NZ
Wonderful looking suspenders I love the work hard be kind and honest ones that might end up being a big hit to sell they look great and long lasting !! Thanks to all the messengers of kindness for helping his journey great video can’t get enough of that woodsplitter
As someone who has worked with leather a little, I must say, those leather goods are made with premium quality leather. The hand or the feel is durable, plyable, and comfortable to wear. Good stuff, not seconds.
I see you took my advice on the tongue & made them 2"x12" (but you put scallop edges on). The old timer I told you about said to tell you back in 1956 when he started, & 1958 when he could afford it, Paris were THE boot to have. They were 2x as expensive as Viberg. Most guys wouldn't waste money on Dayton when they can order a pair through the "Eaton Catalog" (he said it's like Canada's Sears Catalog) for about 1/3 the cost of the Dayton's and just as well built. Paris also never put hooks on their boots for safety, only eyes, that's an easy way to tell if they are a true Paris, or a Paris pattern Dayton.
The license plate. Reminds me of a saying from around 1844 or so. . the saying 54-40 or fight, latitude line i believe. Basically right about the southern most point of Alaska.
I love watching you. I’ve learned so much but you should invest in a dump pick up truck hundred times faster cleaner easier to dump truck but a small one they could pick up. You’ll see the difference you know what I mean three best things I’ve ever gotten.
Tinman did an episode for his channel in April 2024, all about the Husky five series. In which he does talk about a couple of 550 saws, and things to be aware of with that tool. A lot of what he observed about the tool, is pretty much what I'm seeing in my experience.
hey bucking my dad died on fathers day i know y'all where friends and i was just letting you know his name is Ben Deming he gave you his super pro 80 lol but it was a fire that killed him and its been really hard with out him much love to you and i will still watch your videos and stuff like that because thats what my dad always did every morning he wake up he go out to the garage and look and wait on RU-vid to see if u posted yet and that was his high lit of his day right there when you posted lol so
When I buy chains 24 inch bar....they look at me like am a strange guy....but when I explained why(stand up and buck)they look at me differently hihihihi We always learn I live in Quebec Everyone got 18 inch bar
That chain on Pavarotti, is that a skip? I use skips on my 400C but the Stihl chains are expensive so I have an Oregon EXJ 84 drive link coming next week. $47 vs $26 so I’m hoping the Oregon works out. Stay dirty, friends.
Do you still sell axe heads? I checked the website but haven’t seen activity for so long. My good friend and I are gonna be falling and trying to build a log cabin together here next month and he bought both of us the leather harness you showed because of you, and we would both love some awesome axes. Keep up the good work !
Ah the old school Daytons. Full leather upper, an actual welt, replaceable heel and sole. Dad is a cobbler and I spent about a decade working Saturdays with him when I was younger. The quality sure has gone down hill with these mass produced, vulcanized rubber sole boots you get at walmart. Much like a well built Dayton, dad is still going strong at 81.
💪💪😎😎❤️❤️✔️brother, I hope the letter, and sussys found you well😊 my wife Suzanne, and Scarlett, and myself, are very appreciative of what ya do brother🙏 we hope ya like em😊😊much love from the Barths❤❤
