WIthout the hose for canisters, this item is less desirable. Mine didn't come with a hose either and I don't think they're even offered. The Port seems to be just "Bait"

This thing is junk. I bought one and its horribly slow. It overheats when individually packaging a 10lb roll of burger into 1lb packages and the pump weakens after just a few uses. I threw it away

How well does it do for mylar bags?
