I’m impressed you knew or said that Bosch is the only manufacturer that still makes a true slide in range, it makes a difference to have the lip that covers the crack! I just wish they installed it properly, it is not supposed to stick out that much!

Wondering how much the monthly maintenance fee is?. One of the most important things to me when buying a condo is cross breeze air flow. Studios & 1 bedrooms typically don't have it & the units become very hot during the summer, which requires you to run the ac more. A 2 bedroom(corner unit) might have windows on 2 sides of the building & thus creates cross breeze air flow, which keeps the unit cooler during the summer without having to run the ac as much.

When i was a kid, Marco Polo was the "rich" place to live. I lived at 16 regents across the street with zero amenities except we used to go on the roof every once in a while which I don't think is allowed anymore. But now they got condos like this that blow away Marco Polo.
