Hi! I'm the author and I feel glad to see the E34 here. I Just wanted clarify some stuff: - that's not the mod at 80% but only the wagon body. I don't think it's really possible to finish totally a mod and I feel that im still far from the result I want. - official numbers of configs is 56 (75~78 for the next update). tissma3 and tissma4 are supposed to be hidden but you can saw it if you tick "display custom configuration". There is a backstory of those configs but like I said it's supposed to be hidden. - the hood is openable but it was done before officialy implemented to game develloper car. It's kinda innacurate but at least it's open in the right size. The box for opening is near the windshield. - let's be honest the destruction isn't the best, it was never the main goal. But Rear Bumper destruction was change for the next update. - 6:00 "Who is this??" It's a picture of my friend when a night we decided to do some stuff around. When I started modding we thought it will be funny if I put it in every mods I do. - 10:00 you make me discover a bug with the rear left glass coming out the doors. It's now fixed. - 11:05 I recently discovered that South Carolina and California Police had some M5 and 540i E34. So maybe for a future update - 13:40 the paintjob base paint was doing by telling "satanic camouflage" to dalle-e. Tha't sadly not my real life car. Mine is just "matissator's 525tds" - 14:25 DTM configs wheels and tires are wrongs. It's supposed to gt 533 wheels 18*11 but i messed up (those are mondello wheels). Next update will come with correct size wheels and tires, it's really drive like a grip car and not a drift car with the correct setup. Anyway really good review!
There needs to be a Giorgi Tevzadze version with the numberplate OOM 500 - he and Paul Walker died the same way - with their friend at the wheel, both hitting a tree with their friend surviving
I love that this mod is being reworked prior to being a meshlap! Not sure if it's the first of its kind, but I would like to see more of this in the modding community 👍
@StandardWhale but I mean how long does it take to Google what year a car came out, especially if you're a pretty frequently viewed youtuber? Not longer than 5 seconds and would come off a lot less ignorant 🤘
@@kylewise3111 could be far worse, i saw a video earlier today about luxury cars, and that guy made mistake after mistake, and even called Honda and Toyota luxury cars. So this doesnt really matter, and shows how well the car has aged
I have one of these and I plan on buying a wagon of the same chassis, then after the wagon a second sedan. These are a hidden gem and I plan to hoard these jewels much like a greedy goblin.
@neilogical I don’t know if you knew this but you can adjust your FOV in the driver seat by holding Shift + page up or page down. Easier and faster than going through the menu.
This one brought a whole lot of good memories. Hade a 520i at one point and damn it can carry some speed in turns. Not light yet very nimble, it can move around
The E34 has to be my favourite style of the 5 series. Been wanting one for a few years now but prices are starting to rise. Actually going to see one tomorrow so fingers crossed it's a good one.
Hey Neil been watching you since forever, you gonna become endorsed by beamng? You seem to be the staple for new updates and features in the game with massive following, you deserve it brother ❤
Little anecdote : on the "Street Diesel" version you're testing at 5:45, the "Boiserie" sticker on the rear window is a reference to a French RU-vidr of the same name, known for pushing this kind of car to the limit (old BMWs, trying to run them on airplane fuel, go under a tank, drop them from a helicopter; it's a kind of Beam NG in real life). The sticker is for "bringing your community together, and finding each other". (I hate this guy and the people in real life who have this sticker are very often morons behind the wheel.)
It's always to good to have one or more rewrite a wrong when it comes to this mod and I hope that transition continues because there's a lot of examples of bad mods I could list that need to be rectified.
The beaming devs hired one of those train hopper booze bums. You know, not those under the bridge ones. I knew you were thinking that. Anyway they hired the train guy to do the traffic ai and that bus station refused to transport people to the train tracks.
You know what car mod BeamNG Drive really needs to have it needs to have the 1998 BMW 740iL with the V8 and luxury package including car phone that was my very first car back in 2002 beautiful car still have it still runs great
i just started looking for good mods and found this but i never even knew that fov was adjustable ive been so annoyed by the default fov but now i know that😭
Hi Neil you can use the new crash camera for doing crashing test mods. It is on Camera settings. You must be to try that feature. And mod have openable hood like wendover. Let's do Him 1M and maybe he will be face reveal boyss!
I cracked my phone I am now in depression (Well, I can always watch this man's videos to cheer me up, albeit with something resembling a spider web on my screen)
BMW's were and are used mostly by the Bavarian police, where i live and a few are used in the rest of Germany and Europe. But als many VW's because BMW's are expensive and i don't know if the government here has a special deal with BMW, but i assume so.
the mods look nice and all...but why would you need them(mods)?Im pretty sure that most players just crash their cars, but it gets boring.I know that you can buy mods in carrer mode,or use them for scenarios, but whats the ammount of ppl that know what carrer mode and scenarios are?My opiniom
