I LOVE this foundation. The neutral shades do pull VERY warm. The cool shades are a perfect neutral. All shades are darker in person than the website swatches. This foundation has knocked my Tom Ford Traceless Soft Matte off the HG top spot. I am 0.5 in Tom Ford and LN5 in Prada. I wear 10C in Louboutin
Please do side by side wear tests with similar foundations i have to many foundations at the moment.... i dont want to spend $77. Is it comparable to any of the Chanel, Dior or the armani, luminess silk foundations? Maybe comparable to Estee Lauder or lancome I have those in my collection?. 😂😂😂Thanks a bunch ! When any foundation is not our perfect match we shouldn’t EVER forget our ears...😂😂😂 sorry, you just make me remember this fact and is a great tip with this foundations that we buy and aren’t perfect shade...specially here in Europe where you CAN'T exchange the products once you opened them
I've been playing with this foundation since it was released in Europe and I have to say that I LOVE IT! I like a lot how it sets on the skin, how my skin looks and on me it lasts for soooo long! I also like the smell, but I know it's not for everyone ;-)
I have been waiting for your review on this though so I'm excited for your thoughts. I was thinking I'd like to see a video on which concealers you would pair with foundations based on formula and finish etc. So many new concealers and skin tints /foundations have come out that I would love to know what would pair well.
Hi! So, you mention the price of the foundation and I'm sitting here cringing at the thought... And, then I realize, my favorite winter (ie cold weather) foundation's retail (non-sale) price is actually higher! Mind you, I wait until I find a SERIOUSLY good deal on it, but still! BTW - In case anyone is wondering (reading this, I would be), the foundation I'm talking about is Koh Gen Do's Maifanshi Aqua. The range is seriously well beyond loathsome, but for my older incredibly dry skin, this one just works magic...💚

I LOOOOVE this foundation! I have super oily skin and, yes, I look dewy by the end of the day, but notice how I said dewy and not greasy or cakey. It looks like the Danessa Myricks balm foundation at the end of the day and does not crease (only the TINIEST bit where my smile lines are cuz I TALK). And BTW I am 46, but don't really have any lines yet as I have been wearing SPF religiously since my teens, but you can see lines when I smile so for it not to crease is amazing.
The bottle and packaging is gorgeous, no wonder it's sooo expensive just for a foundation. Would love a comparison of the super lux foundations, like cle de peau, suqqu, pat mc grath, gucci, prada, guerlin etc..

Just have got Dior forever matte foundation and I really love it in additional my other favorites like Lancôme, TF, WA, Chantecaille and so on 🫣🤪. I bought the CL foundation balm last year. It’s really nice but I don’t think the shade is light enough. Will probably match better in the summer. Love the formula just hard to color match online.

Hi Morgan, I think a bad foundation can ruin entire look. So definitely it’s worth to spend more for a good quality foundation. Morgan stop making me spend money pleaseeeee!!!! I am and had always been a luxury foundation girl. For a number of years I had been obsessed with my Dior Forever perfect foundation in both matte (for summer) and the luminous one (for winter). Earlier this month I bought the chanel no.1 foundation and I loved it. The other foundations in my collection are the Hourglass in that slim bottle and the Giorgio Armani luminous silk which is drier than the sahara desert on my face so that i dont care for. I will be taking a vacation in Asia this upcoming summer and I will definitely buy this foundation to try. Lol. I always buy what u recommend specially because we both have very dry skin and I see no filters in all your videos which I appreciate a lot! But pleaseeee do not and i mean do not review any foundation that cost more than $100 because I’m a sucker for foundations 😅

I love this foundation as it is high medium coverage but can quickly built up to full. I got shade 20N which I’m glad because I almost bought 15NW but looks a bit too yellow
You could always view it as you spent half the money you would have had you bought the new Sisley foundation! Girl math! :P To be frank I feel you on lux foundations, they pretty much always look so good on me and the undertones tend to be friendlier to light olives.
Now that foundation puts the makeup forever foundation to shame. Makeup forever is out of line charging that kind of money compared to a beautiful foundation like this worth the money! You should do a PR giveaway like the other beauty influencers ❤

If anyone would want a comparison between this and the Chanel ultra le teint or Ysl all hours or Dior forever matte. I am happy to report that those foundations melt into the skin beautiful while the CL foundation oddly remains on top plus with the other foundations u can powder as they r not super matte. This foundation if u hv dry DONT powder it’s so matte and dries quickly . I quickly stopped wearing it until I wear a very hydrating primer underneath and see if I hv different results . Oh and the wear time I guess my Ysl lasts better
@@Erin-c7n if you hv dry drinking go for the new Guerlain terracotta foundation it’s much more long wearing than Armani and also skin smoothing if u hv texture just make sure to moisturize or prime before . I’ll make new video soon on foundations for each skin type so stay tuned

Today I got heck compliments and I got ask what are wearing foundation your face looks really dewy and flawless it was too face foundation and I prime and use pat McGrath blush and use snail extract and I drink plenty of water and sugar free products my boss said wow really and really smell amazing I said thank you I saud is carolina herrera good girl I swear all day from different people at work one of staff want to buy now wants to buy it for their girlfriend. 😊
I usually don't mind scent in products, but the one in this foundation is truly horrid, very strong and smells cheap. Shame as the foundation itself is not bad, but nothing to rave about.
I remember when you were sitting in my chair and bought the Goldfields &Bank samplers. You were so excited, but this is just such a disappointment. It's always so sad when not even one sample makes the kit worth it. Boo. 😢 xx
