This is neat. We have the BIG foot that came with our hot knife and we found that for us it is only useful in limited situations that we don't encounter with the types of cutting we do regularly. This mini precision cutter with its own foot looks to be really useful though. Do these extra attachments snap into some of the pockets inside the carrying case to keep them secure when they aren't being used?

Do I need to wear any safety equipment like gloves & safety glasses when using this?

When working with the Hotknife it is more important that you are in a well-ventilated area. This is crucial If you're working with hazardous chemicals or materials, using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a respirator or mask can help filter out any harmful substances that could be inhaled. While gloves and safety glasses may not be explicitly required for using the blade, they can be an extra measure to protect yourself from any potential accidents or injuries.
