Oh my god I realized what was spawning pickups in womb: Torn Pocket was causing him to lose coins, but because coins can't appear with Nuh Uh from womb onward, they were immediately converted into other pickups.

You could check it on the wiki if you want Confirmation, but there actually are a couple of Trinkets with the "Evil Up" component. So Dark Feather _can_ work with other trinkets.

it may be a drastic change, but i recommend downloading the one-shot poops/fires with no enemies in room mod. it'll speed up both time spent and it'll keep attention easier when tear rate is super low. imo a very good quality of life mod especially bc it doesn't effect anything but time really

You should do a challenge run where you start with Red Key and Crystal key, but you can only take items from red rooms. I did the run myself as Cain and it turned out to be SICK and super interesting :)

The "I'm feeling lucky" button would take you to a website based on what you typed. For example if you typed "youtube" chances are the button would take you to RU-vid. It was kinda fun to type random words and see what website the button would give you

I feel this would both fit as an item in game But also v much not at the same time Maybe if it took the form of a trinket in the same vein as the Tick, where you can't drop it normally? Also this woulda been even better with that one mod that adds the trinket die Also play The Stranger mod :)) (I wish I kept track of how often I commented this much like the deleted and golem dudes, but I'm too lazy and inconsistent)

Hear me out: Doing a Golem Run with this and gulping a crap ton of rock trinkets (granted that means you won't be able to turn them gold or crush them, but with how many you will be getting I don't think it'll matter)
