Not the most surprising - cisse was on fire, had some genuine talent in the team, Ben Arfa had the potential to tear apart a team, and the other teams in the tournament that season we faced were quite weak.

It was only crap after we sold Ba. We were fine half way through the season a decent run from top half again. We sold Ba and basically played with no striker all season
