Southwest Oklahoma checking in, we're praying for rain and cooler weather. I think we've had 4+ weeks of +100 temps. Imma about to give up on my garden.

Awrite. Keep it up north. Here in Ks.we had a decent wheat harvest, we're now getting a decent corn harvest, and our beans and milo are lookin okay. We got the rain we needed when we needed it, while everybody else was catchin hell. Nothin but dumb luck, but we'll take it.

It seems to be heading to the gulf theres a small chance of becoming a hurricane because of its size and wind speed depending of it has the amount of wind to gather hot and warm and cold air into the gulf so thats the only reason it could turn into a big boy even if it would it would probaly be a CAT 1 or a TS and head to south A or flordia
This is starting to get concerning, and a big storm is possible next weekend, and a severe weather outbreak is possible, the threats are, damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes

TBH, I've never heard the word "America" used by meteorologists. I've heard them say "the country " or "the U.S.". But not "America". And Max doesn't predict weather for Canada and Mexico. So he doesn't use "North America".
