I tried this recipe today and my batter was more watery than yours was thinking to myself something went wrong in my measurements but to my amazement as i dropped it in hot oil to fry it immediately came floating up, they came out really well. Everyone really loved it. Thanks a lot

I made these today following your recipe and it was amazing. The extra ingredients I added were cinnamon and pepper. Hubby enjoyed it so much. The measures of ingredients were spot on. Thank you Gifty x

Taste very nice. Still preffer the taste of yeast its like it changes the entire flour taste. But for a quick fix i will highly recomend this recipe. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Hello, you probably didn’t mix the baking powder in well and that’s why it was bitter. That’s why I advised that you pass the ingredients through the sieve and that would ensure proper mixture , sometimes the ingredients may not be fine so passing it through the sieve will break down all the bits that are not fine/smooth. Hope you give it a try again.

Hello, there is no egg or yeast in this recipe. It was developed based on the current corona out break because there was a shortage of yeast in stores so wanted to make it as basic as possible so if you don’t have yeast or egg you can make it. I have another recipe on the channel that has egg in it. Thank you!
