My friend who is an officer in Oregon came to LA , he made sure he did not have his fire arm on him , I thought officers could bring it but he knew the law .

At least this time they caugh it. A few years an off duty Santa Monica Police Officer took a loaded firearm all the way to Taipei, Taiwan. Border Police in Taiwan seized the firearm and she was arrested.

There is really no excuse for forgetting what you must not take on an airplane. Thanks Tony, how your cats are good.
