Graveyard with collection of lichen-spotted markers, ob. 1760-1926. Set in unkempt grounds on a slightly elevated site with limewashed piers to perimeter having creeper- or ivy-covered capping supporting wrought iron gate.
representing an important component of the ecclesiastical heritage of County Wexford with a collection of markers signed by Dennis Cullen (----) of Monaseed; and James Byrne (----) of Clone exemplifying the Irish Churchyard Sculpture tradition in County Wexford (Longfield 1974, 10): meanwhile, a commemorative plaque records the unmarked burial place of Esmonde Kyan (1750-98), 'Commander of Artillery of the Northern Army of the Wexford Republic June 1798. A New Headstone has now been put in place for esmonde kyan.
