The MiG-21s didn’t go down any lower though 🤔. The F-13 was also justified due to having completely trash weaponry setups and options and also being very easy to kill after it dodged two missiles. The PFM on the otherhand retains energy a bit better and has better weaponry in terms of usability even though the 23mm Gsh itself isn’t very good, so I don’t think it should’ve gone down from 9.7. Nonetheless, they aren’t nearly as bad as 2hen the Su-7B was 9.0 for around 2 months (although the BKM shouldn’t be 9.3 either).
