I remember having such a hell of a time beating the final boss that when I replayed the whole game on hard mode, I stood outside the final boss room and said "you know what, I got better things to do" and never even attempted it

This is easily one of my favorite PS2 games of all time. It’s so tightly balanced too, all bosses can be killed in 1 hit if you’re skilled enough (the final boss is poopoo though).

Also, while the difficulty spike for this game wasn't the best, one thing that was consistent for me was the music, since I feel the OST for this game is an absolute banger!
