You’d probably be really interested in the book written by Dr. Weston Price. TL;DR he traveled around the world examining the diet and health of tribes not interrupted by modern society. These tribes eating their traditional diets that they’ve used for generations were free of all kinds of health issues that plague our modern society.

I haven't seen you much since my swgoh days. I'm glad you're still at it my man. We need more energy like yours in the world. Keep at it scissor man lol

Best bread in my opinion is the one made at home, with family or friends, made just with flour (preferably not Manitoba), salt, olive oil and water. Simple and good, with the bonus of making it with people you care about, which is the best experience we can have!

I live in Germany. They have a lot of Bread. Different kinds of Sour Dough+ yeest which gives it its Flavor. Germany might be a Bread Country.

Thanks for the tips in bread. I had no idea I was eating the wrong type. I will give the killer bread a try. Maybe next time you can do lunch meats.

You should buy bread at a bakery, and not in a supermarket, bread packed in a bag is always bad
