I strive to give you what you need and this particular segment is the start of a series of segments that will compare certain things in Panamá... Realistically, What can you get for what price? In this video, I cover the comparison between two homes with different rental price tags, giving you a detailed tour of both homes... It just depends on what you are looking for.
The first home we see is in the lovely little village of San Carlos. The monthly rental is $850 with some maintenance services included. A great family home, with no pool, and 1 bathroom. It remains close to amenities like schools and shops and is located on the 'ocean' side of the main Pan-Americana Highway.

The second home we see is BRAND new, this rental is $1600 monthly as it is. (Semi-furnished) It has a pool (that is near completion) and is located in a secure, exclusive area with controlled security access. This area is on the mountainside of the Pan- Americana Highway. It is close to shops and all amenities that you and your family may need.
