To clarify: a base Mimog counts as a copper key. A 4 star Mimog is a gold, silver AND copper key, all in one. Also, I heard that you're right - the treasure in a locked chest gets better with each level of the Mimog. But it's just a rumor, as far as I know. Oh, and a night Pal is in the cemetery to the NW - but only at night (duh). The reason will be clear when you see it. Just be careful, the cemetery is also infested with an army of Depressos.

Until the devs open up the area to anyone online, you could maybe have a server that's modded to get rid of the grind (like faster level up, no cost crafting, no cost building, and the like) then have a time limit for you and a guest to build a pal team and gear before heading to the arena to fight. You could even have random challenges added in as well, such as only being able to catch pals of a single type if you want to make a mini series out of it and keep it fresh.

I must say, this is another amazing Palworld video from you Axe. Oh and about the Oil Rig that you tried to get to by flying, you need a Pal that doesn't lose stam while in the Water in order to get there without anyone seeing you. And there is a Pal that spawns in the graveyard area that only spawns there at night and there is a Pal that spawns in the Mushroom Wetlands at night as well, so going to those biomes at night is worth it, it really is. And one more thing, the Grass element is good on Ground type Pals, like the Menasting Terra for example, so getting a Grass type Pal is a must when trying weaken or kill a Ground type Pal. And also I must thank you for the bit of info at the very start of the video by the way, it is always good to know these things. if you like derp pals I suggest Mossanda Lux, that granade launcher is so good! saves a ton of ammo and control enemies

Axe, you should start doing dungeons or loot chests on the three outer to get slab fragments, get your strongest palls to take on the raid bosses

Theres a ring you can buy from a merchant that leaves pals you hit with 1 hp it's very useful for the pals you wanna catch (your pals can still kill though) just incase you didn't know 🫶 loving the series, so glad its back! Long may it last

Axe, you should go buy a ring of mercy in the desert city, that way you don't kill the Pal's you are trying to capture.

use a swimming pal like azurobe or jormuntide to go to the oil rig, then use rocket launcher on the oil rig, you'll survive better and get the box :D

Status effects boost the catch rate of pals, so a pal with mercy hit that can inflict them is pretty handy as it means they can spam those moves with impunity. The mercy ring will also effect their moves if you're riding them.

Character transfer will be a thing in the future the devs have confirmed this

The arena is only joinable when you're in a multiplayer world with another player, both of you have to go to the arena

you need a swimming pal to get to the rig

Yeah the oil rig is an extreme end game area for max level characters.

Watching you try the oil rig had me in tears from laughing. Ya i have tried and failed, made it to the same area you did. LOL

If you have a jormuntide you can get to the oil rig very easily. He doesn't loose stam in the water and the lasers don't target him

I stumbled upon one of these by chance just before you uploaded the video... It actually tricked me, so I'm not sure who was more startled.. me or the fake chest.. 😂 Also, these are effing fast! I only caught mine cuz I managed to corner it.. 🥵

You should look into homeward thundercloud. They could have helped when you got stuck in water after oil rig took out pals. Chillet lost stamina getting to rig and you balled without a rest so till you rest it out of ball, sleep or pal terminal it won't regain stam

Bruh...just fly HIGH ABOVE the oil rig. If you are high enough, the lasers can't hit you. I do this every time I go to the rig with Jetragon. Fly super high above it, then dismount and land on the middle tower.

Surfent is the only Pal I know of that can swim without losing stamina. I am way to bad at this game to be any where close to trying the oil rig but I have only seen other people fly there and they didn't shoot at you when you were swimming so maybe a powered up Surffent may do the trick.

Oil rig only beams at flying pals. (ground/swim pals dont get targeted) for the Arena bit....Idk if its still working atm (many mods got broken with update) but you "could" host a server w/ a mod that lets you "create pals" and just make your team from your normal games in that server and both join it. I believe it was called Creative Menu or something. would let you be able to do a video of arena fighting w/ a friend w/o having to grind fresh just to do arena.
