The video starts out with that beautiful little ride along that gulley. I have driven it many times as i spent 4 years in Longbay the town your about to come to.
Love the "bush" as that is what helps to make Portland so fresh and green. Many of the residences are on higher ground, up in the hills. Also, Portland doesn't want too much concrete, over building and clutter to detract from its peaceful and relaxing ambiance
