This PROPERTY gets a CITY VIOLATION EVERY YEAR, EVERYONE on the NEIGHBORHOOD was THANKFUL 

As I drove by I noticed this yard was overgrow grown so I went and knock. I had cut this yard last year but it got to the point where its overgrown again. Everyone stopped by just to say thanks it was getting cut.
