Allen has been getting all the attention lately. But it's good to know some people care about Steve and he's getting the attention he needs! Literally had to listen to that short piece twice to make sure I wasn't hearing things. I'm not sure why I'm 31 years old and something so small can be the highlight of my day. I guess that's discipline RC for you. 😂😂😂
Stuff is always great. I have looked at these many times..Have not purchased . Another great little Vid mate the FPV is kinda cool but also a bit dumb. Mainly commenting to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and can't wait to see what 2024 holds.
Awsome video bro. Your videos just keep getting better and better. That being said, I use a radiolink now (RC4GS) and it's been a solid transmitter for a budget radio. Been think about upgrading and this seems like it would be a really good choice. "I love it when my transmitter talks to me " too.....😂
0:07 Cool opening theme song it has a early 80's infomercial vibe to it😆😆😁😁 Another fun episode of"STUFF"" Aaron that radio has some extra features on there especially that FPV camera/monitor feature as well👍😎👍😎👍 BTW Merry Christmas Aaron 🎄 🎄😁😁🎄 🎄
Haha right? Still not sold yet. Might need a few more variations still to see what we all like. Happy Holidays to you as well good sir! Thx for your supportive words throughout the year, can't wait to keep sharing into the next 😉🎉🎄🎁
@@disciplinerc Anytime Aaron thanks so much for cool and very funny videos throughout the year looking forward to see what you got coming up for 2024?😁😁
Awesome I love stuff! I just recently bought 2 radiolink transmitters on Black Friday. They’re are not as advanced as this but they have a gyro and one of them has battery telemetry. I freaking love them. The one in this video looks way more advanced. Thanks for the video keep that stuff coming 👍✌🏼
Nice! Honestly, I haven't had very good success with Radiolink TX's in the past. Dumbo has been my go-to. This thing on the other hand is next level dude 😳
This transponder shouid be great for racing, learn to set up your throttle control - expo, Trust me it will help a lot, it will help from over powering off the corners etc and keeps from spinning out or spinning tires which you never want to do while racing, you never want to break traction, also make sure to set your breaking to when you let off the throttle the RC will automatically start stopping slowly with out locking up the tires, I wouid always set mine up to where when I let off the throttle it wouid roll freely for 3 - 4ft then start slowly breaking because when you let off the throttle you want to be able to roll the corners with out the tires locking up - breaking interference... Just a bit of advice from an old pro, If you have any questions I'd be glad to help in any way possible...Good luck 👍✌️
Have you figured out programmable mixing to apply brake when steering, even when you're on high throttle and want to turn without letting go of too much throttle the steering will apply a slight drop, I figured it out months ago but seen no one has done it yet. Mind you I've been testing this on Virtual RC pro and has worked out very well. I can only imagine what a real RC car can benefit from it in a race.
@@TR-Creations I do not have this model but that's very cool that it has mixing, if applied correctly I could imagine it could be very effective, it's amazing how far technology has come in past 20yrs..
Yes bro sick video as always mate quick one man is there any way i can add a cheap elrs module to the normal receiver that comes with it for super long range i would do the fpv mod for speed runs also as my eyes are terrible for sg 1603 gt speed runs but all seem very expensive 😆
Thanks dude! Adding ELRS is pretty specific to each TX. Some support it by way of plug ins others through the radio itself. They usually need their own power supply, and run off the Tx it's attached too. What I have found to gain range on the cheap TX is to open it, extend the antenna outside of the unit and power it with a 7.4 LiPo. The added volts push the TX to transmit farther. BUT do so at your own risk. Not all TX's can handle the extra volts 😬
@@disciplinerc yeah man I got a range extender on my radio link rc4gs v2 or 3 I think it is bro but the fpv monitors on em look sick but hella expensive and sounds complicated mate 😆 in other news I managed to order a steam deck oled for the winter 😆🤣 im coming for world's fastest sg 1603 next year 100mph 🤙🤣🤣🤣💚💚👊 Merry Christmas mate
So much better, but also so much more monies. The Dumbo is an incredible budget Tx if you already use the Rx's in your rigs. This is next level for features and accessibility with the touch screen 👍
The '' stuff'' song its hit and miss... i dont hate it.. its somewhat funny and gives me old 90s tv commercial vibes... Its not a no imo. Its does fit the vide but could be annoying if used too much... Its 50/50 ...idk lol
@@disciplinerc Watched your video ... again... bc now I'm singing the ''Stuff' song when I bring in groceries.... lol got the wife and kid singing it as of dinner today....it's infectious! 😆 🤣 Also just picked up the Ralooloolol ct8 transmitter while they had a sale on it for $40 if ya havent seen it its looks to be the new Budget King transmitter might be up your alley for a vid...
@@adamross4774 Haha nice!! My kids sing it too. I didn't get one of those and just powered it up. Thing is I've done only TX's so far so I'll have to showcase it in a build 😅
