Cookie ingredients:
65g flour.
10 g cocoa.
2 eggs. A pinch of salt.
70g sugar.
30 ml milk.
20g butter.
10g honey.
Bake in a 22cm pan at 170°C in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Ingredients for crepes:
5 eggs.
A pinch of salt. 50g sugar. 2g vanillin.
25g cocoa.
200g flour.
550 ml milk.
40g butter.
Cover with stretch wrap for 20 minutes.
Ingredients for cream:
300 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
70 ml cream 33%. 2 g vanillin.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
80g white chocolate.
Ingredients for mousse cream:
100 ml water. 20g gelatin.
800g Greek yogurt.
150 g) sugar. 2 g vanillin.
200 ml cream 33%.
Dried cherries.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
