This dish is very tasty and filling, perfect for a snack or dinner.
The main thing is to cook with joy and love!
Ingredients:
Dough:
Flour - 600 g
Yeast - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Water - 250 ml.
Vegetable oil - 100 ml.
Filling:
Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
Minced meat - 500 g
Salt - 5 g
Black pepper
Onion - 50 g
Water - 100 ml.
Preparation:
Let's prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add yeast, salt, water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes until it rises.
Let's prepare the filling. Boil the potatoes in advance and grate the finished potatoes. Add fresh minced meat, salt, black pepper.
Grind the onion with water in a blender and add to the filling.
Mix well before using.
Forming pies. Divide the risen dough into walnut-sized pieces. Roll each piece into a flat cake, put the filling on it and pinch the edges.
We fry pies. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pies on both sides until golden brown.
Place the finished pies on paper towels to absorb excess fat.

Adviсe:
To make the dough more fluffy, you can add 1 yolk to it.
For the filling you can use any minced meat you like.
To make the pies more juicy, you can add some finely chopped herbs to the filling.
And here's the bonus:
If you want the pies to be even more delicious, you can cook them in the oven. To do this, place the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, you can add a little flour when kneading.
To prevent the filling from leaking out of the pies, the edges of the dough must be pinched very tightly.
To make the pies more crispy, they can be fried in well-heated oil.
