Step inside designer Tiffany Leigh Piotrowski's rustic-chic rental condo in downtown Toronto. Since this was the first home she and her partner found together, they had to learn to combine both of their styles (which included a few Star Wars knick knacks). See how Tiffany created a cozy, lived-in space that is anything but cookie-cutter with travel photography, vintage finds and a neutral color palette. The color palette is drop dead gorgeous ! Lots of neutral with splashes of colors that feel nature-inspired like tumeric and olive ... I love it and it goes so well with the rustic-natural meets modern style

Really nice. Like the warmth the worn woods mixed in with the neutrals and clay naturals. The olive green night dressers are a perfect pop of colour. All around lovely and very pleasing to look at...and you just can't go wrong with a dash of Star Wars.

I love everything about this space - colour pallate, furniture pieces (especially the nightstand/dressers and dining table), I like that the office is open to the rest of the space and the cupboards in the office are really lovely also. Really awesome Tiffany xx

Love it! Love the deep green on the dressers with the brass drawer pulls. Looks so rich. Love the bedroom - looks so inviting and peaceful. Great job! The small Yoda in the painting is so funny - now he loves it....way to go. I am wanting to revamp my place and your interior here is very inspiring. Thank you for posting!

Amazing work! The country/rustic elements are well-balanced with its incorporation of modern/minimalistic elements. The brown throw pillows adds a nice warmth and softness to the space. I also think that the infusion of the Star Wars knick knack added a cool addition to the space without standing out too much- it’s not easy infusing star wars into a country/rustic space! I hope you post more videos! I would love to learn more from your work!

a@@mybestideas1 No this is definitely not insult, I like both Sharrah Robeson and Rebecca Robeson. Live your style, Robeson Design, Studio Mcgee are my favs!!!! Don't need to take it negatively!!! I would say great minds think alike!!! just like ChrislovesJulia...their Aesthetic is pretty similar to Studio Mcgee too. Shae Mcgee went to their space and styled their patio before Chris and Julia house was put on the market to sell. Of course I agree that everyone has their own unique style. But what I am trying to convey is...with her existing furnitures and some ikea furnitures she s able to pull off a magazine worthy look (studio Mcgee look. and you know how expensive are Mcgee furnitures) without breaking the bank. so stop accusing me for something I never even thought of. You interpreted that way but I absolutely love Tiffany Leigh Piotrowski 's work!!!

This is a VERY faithful imitation of the Studio Mcgee style!! At one point I thought Shea Mcgee herself was going to pop in 😂 From the colour scheme, leather mid century chair ,the bed!!, and even down to the stupid wooden bead chain thingy and even the olive braches!!! She could've mentioned she was "inspired" from that style though🤷‍♀️ Props that she managed recreate it on her own.

Love the mix of rustic and modern..love the dining table and side table. im not a fan of tans and browns.. but the colors look amazing in your space. Love your bedside dressers. Lots of storage and the green with brass hardware is very rich. Love that combo.. your office is great, too.

very tastefully & thoughtfully done. This is a great example of how you don't have to blow your budget to showcase your style & taste. I would have loved to have seen the kitchen & bath area for a more thorough overall impression, but nontheless I really enjoyed what was displayed here. This designer did a great job in balancing neutrals againsts lightly colored walls with interesting textures & darker accent colors. The space is neutral and welcoming to both sexes. The best part is that the designer is modest, talented, & considerate (of her boyfriend). Often times we are treated to less talented designers who come off as extremely boastful, unjustifiably over spending & blowing up budgets for less than impressive results. It was so nice not to hear a bunch of hot air about "design concept" and a non stop ego feeding. This lovely lady addressed the couple's needs, the design challenges she faced, budgetary concerns and her preferred aesthetic. Great job!

Absolutely stunning! Love this place. It's not too neutral; just the right pop of color. And the mix of styles is awesome, it gives it the right amount of character. Not too matchy matchy! Looks effortlessly perfect! Oh my, and those Ikea drawers.... I wasn't expecting that; they looked expensive and I assumed they cost a fortune. Great job!

This looks nice and is maybe the modern descendant of the soft, washed out beige look of the 2000s but includes more natural, organic touches. Definitely a relaxed, almost vacation-like palette but a little too soft for me. I actually like whimsical things like the Star Wars salt and pepper shakers because a truly lived-in home should not take itself too serious.
