I do this with my right elbow at setup and also when I go to my backswing, I push my butt or right hip out and then transition into my left hip and push off the ground with left foot. I started these few movements and my golf game changed.
Brilliant video! I find my right elbow is to too tight to my chest and so I lose it behind me on my backswing, which is too inside and therefore OTT steep on the way back down. This is going to help tons over the winter! Thank you. 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻
