1 not every place is hiring 2 not every place is going to hire at better wages 3 the benefits are not always the same 4 the hassel of actually trying to get the job 5 putting 17 jobs on ur resume is annoying
Well I mean it's possible to get higher pay, but they won't fight for you. If your a skilled/specialized worker then they would probably compete for you.
"Hey Boss I quiz" "Why? You just got a raise" "Inflation..." "Okay, piss off i can get someone else for the same job and that for less money." *turns into Red from Pokemon who is silent all the time.
loyalty only goes so far and more often then not screws you over from what I've seen. Job hopping seems to be better, but only if you actually have something lined up or your in a profession that is high demand.
This in not very good advice. You could get a pay increase right now from changing jobs. However, if I see more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years I won't even interview them. Be careful with this mentality because it could have a very negative impact on you in the long run. Say you switch jobs to get a pay increase then loose the second job, now you take a job that you do not want and bam you have 3 jobs in a short period of time and trouble getting an interview.
It is best to just omit the second job and say took personal time off to take care of family. Employers in the U.S wouldn't divulge further. Any employer who has a problem with taking time off to take care of family or other personal reasons isn't an employer to be working for.
I'm just 14 years old but i watch him because I want to have a buisness Mindset in my Future, thank you for the Videos and Content. Best wishes from Germany
